DRAFT ORDER
The draft for SIFFL IDP will be in a snake format. However, the order for
the Keeper League will not be snaked with the order for the 1st round the same
as all subsequent rounds.

TRADING/FREE AGENT PICK-UP

Keeper League

Free agent pickups will be done by waiver wire once a week. Each team will be
allowed one pickup/drop per week. Requests must be submitted via the league web site. Priority order will be determined each week based on overall record with total points scored as tiebreaker. The team with the worst record will have first priority and so on. The weekly waiver wire will run until Week 14. Only 18 players/defenses can be on a teams roster at a time. There will be no IR for injured players. From the completion of the draft until one week before the season begins, pickups and drops will be done on a first come, first serve basis.

SIFFL IDP

Same free agent waiver wire system as the Keeper League except there will be an
Injured Reserve with 2 spots for each team. As your transaction for the week,
you can place an injured players on IR and pickup a player for your active
roster. If you activate a player from your IR, and place another player
currently on your roster on IR, this does not count as your transaction for the
week. The reason being, you did not add or take away from the pool of
free agent players and did not use your waiver wire prority, but simply made a
move within your roster. Once the players on IR plays, he must be removed from
IR the following week or he will be dropped and become a free agent. IDP
can have 18 on active roster.

Trading can be done at any time during the regular season. During the playoffs
there is no trading. Once the playoffs finish, rosters will remain intact to
allow for trading until the date keepers are announced.

SCHEDULE

Each leagues schedule is posted on their web page.

PLAYOFFS
In each league, six teams will advance to the playoffs. The specifics for
each league are listed below.

  IDP League
The two division winners along with the top four remaining teams will advance.
These four remaining teams will be the wild card entrants. The top wild card
team will face the bottom wild card team and the middle two wild cards will
play in Week #14. The two division winners will have a bye. The two wild
cards that advance will face two division winners in Week #15. In Week #16,
the winners will face in the Championship game.

  Keeper League
These playoffs will be the same as the NFL playoffs. The three division
winners along with the top three remaining teams will advance. These three
remaining teams will be the wild card entrants. The lowest division winner
will face the lowest wild card team while the #1 wild card team will face the
#2 wild card team in Week #15. The top two division winners will have a bye.
The two teams that win in Week # 15 will face the top two division winners in
Week #16. In Week #17, the winners will face in the Championship game.

TIEBREAKERS
If a tie occurs during the regular season, it will become part of the
standings and there will be no tiebreaker to change the outcome of the game.
If there is a tie in the standings after the regular seasons, the team
advancing to the playoffs will be decided first by head to head record. If
this is tied then the team with more total points scored throughout the regular
season will advance.
If a tie occurs in the playoffs, decimal scoring will be used for yardage to determine the winner.

KEEPERS
On a certain date, each team in the keeper league will have to declare which
players they will keep for the following season. This date has yet to be
determined. The six teams that make the playoffs will be allowed to keep SIX
players. The six teams that do not make the playoffs can keep SEVEN players.
The remainder of the players will be put pack into the pool for the following
seasons draft. There will also be a two round rookie draft through e-mail before the regular draft.
