Scene Opens:

Carter is parking the Jeep and goes around to the other side to help Lucy out.

Lucy: Are we here ?

Carter: Yes, but don’t take the blindfold off yet.

Lucy: Ok, but you better not let me walk into any walls.

Carter: Darn.... Ok you have some steps in front of you.

Lucy: Ok just help me up them.

Carter: Just hold on to me.

Carter takes Lucy up the stairs and they walk though a door.

Carter: Ok right this way. (He sits her down) Luce now don’t move it wont be long now.

Lucy: Carter what are you doing?

Carter: You will know soon enough. (Carter walks around making sure everything in just right.)

Lucy: John...

Carter: I’m right here don’t worry I’m almost done. ( Sitting down next to her ) Now I hope you are not upset with me for doing this, but I just had to. ( Taking the blindfold off )

Lucy: ( Looking around ) Where are we?

Carter: You don’t know.

Lucy: Well this is my couch and my pictures. All our things and some new stuff. Carter what have you done.

Carter: You don’t like it.

Lucy: Yes.. But...

Carter: But what? Welcome home Lucy.

Lucy: HOME....

Carter: Yes... This is our home.

Lucy: Carter why?

Carter: You don’t like it?

Lucy: Yes it’s beautiful. I just thought we would wait until we got marry.

Carter: Why wait I know I want to marry you and you do still want to marry me right.

Lucy: Yes of course. Well now I know what you have been doing with your time off.

Carter: Well I did have the time. Now if you don’t like it and can get us something else.

Lucy: NO I love it, but it’s it too big for us.

Carter: Well it’s not as big as the Carter Mansion.

Lucy: That’s true. I guess I’ll just have to get use to more rooms. How many rooms are there?

Carter: 3bedrooms, living room, dining room, 2 1/2 baths, a den and family room. Also a really big back yard.

Lucy: 3bedrooms why so many?

Carter: Well there is a master room ours of course and a guest room in case we have any. The third room I thought we could make the baby’s room we have one.

Lucy: Looks likes you have it all figure out.

Carter: I guess I do.

Lucy: Well are you going to show me our new home or not?

Carter: Sure right this way.

Carter takes Lucy by the hand and shows her each room one by one.

End Scene One:

With all the room of the house showed Carter has just one more room to show Lucy.

Scene Two:

Carter: Now I have saved the best for last.

Lucy: Well since I have seen every room but ours I guess I’m in for a big surprise.

Opening the door Lucy is speechless

Carter: Are you ok?

Lucy: Yes I can’t believe how beautiful everything is. ( Looking at Carter ) I love you so much John.

Carter: I love you too.

Lucy: What’s this? ( Opening a door ) Oh my god a BATHROOM in my room I have always wanted a bathroom in my room.

Carter: Well now you have one and a Jacuzzi.

Lucy: A Jacuzzi Carter is going to be too much for us.

Carter: This is my wedding gift to you, so just enjoy it please.

Lucy: Great you got me a house for a wedding gift now what can I get you for a gift.

Carter: That right there. (Pointing to the smile on her face ) Seeing you happy is all the gift I’ll ever need.

Lucy: Ok well since you want me to enjoy my gift. I would like to start here.

Lucy moves closer to Carter and begins kissing him on the neck. Carter runs his hands though her hair and lays her down on the bed. Lucy removes her shirt and bra Carter kisses her breasts. Lucy kisses Carter’s chest. With that they make love.

End Scene Two:

It’s 3am and Carter and Lucy are laying in bed enjoying their new home.

Scene Three:

Carter: Are you tried?

Lucy: Not really. I guess we should get some sleep since we both have work tomorrow.

Carter: That’s right I do back finally.

Lucy: Well I’ll make sure you get all the big cases tomorrow.

Carter: Oh no you wont I’ll sent them all your way.

Lucy: Please don’t you have been without work for 2 weeks it’s only fair.

Carter: Ok I’ll give you that.

Lucy: Hey I just remember you owe me a back rub. ( Turning over )

Carter: That’s right I did promise you that.

Lucy: That feels great you do have the magic tough.

Carter: Well I was almost a surgeon.

Lucy: Can I ask you something?

Carter: You know you can ask me anything.

Lucy: Why didn’t you become a surgeon?

Carter: Well I just didn’t I guess I was always upsetting Benton because I was spending too much time talking to the patients. So I just felt Emergency Medicine.

Lucy: Well what every you would have picked you have been great doing. You are a great doctor.

Carter: Thank you. ( He kisses her on the back )

Lucy: Well I guess we should get some sleep.

Carter: Yeah I guess your right.

Lucy: Good night John I love you.

Carter: I love you.

Carter puts his arms around Lucy and holds her close.

Lucy: Thank you for the house.

Carter: Your Welcome.

They kiss and fall asleep.

End Scene Three:

It’s 9am and Lucy’s up in the kitchen making some breakfast when Carter walks in.

Final Scene:

Lucy: Good morning.

Carter: Good morning. Did you sleep well?

Lucy: Yes wonderfully thank you.

Carter: So what's for breakfast?

Lucy: Well since you went shopping we have eggs, bacon, coffee and toast.

Carter: Sounds good. Well I have time to jump in the shower before we eat?

Lucy: Yeah.....I was going to take a bath and try out the Jacuzzi I thought you might want to join me... but if you would like to take a shower that’s good too.

Carter: I like your idea better.

Lucy: I thought you might.

Lucy finishes making breakfast they sit down to eat.

Sometime laps and breakfast is done. Lucy and Carter clean up the kitchen and then head to the Jacuzzi.

(In the Jacuzzi )

Lucy: This so relaxing I may have to do this everyday.

Carter: That’s what it’s here for. I know I could get use to this.

Lucy: Well you know eventually we do have to get out and go to work.

Carter: Damn I thought we could just stay here all day.

Lucy: I don’t think Kerry would like it very much if we don’t show up.

Carter: I know I get it we have to get to work.

They get out so that they can get ready for work.

Carter: Are you ready?

Lucy: Yep...Are you?

Carter: As ready as I’ll every be.

They get into the Jeep and make their way to work.
