1. ����������������� Admission is open to all qualified applicants.

a.����� Applicants for First Year should have a final general average of 80% or better, a deportment grade not lower than 80% or its equivalent.

b.����� Admission to the upper years would depend on available slots, meritorious cases and full compliance with the required credentials.

2. ����������������� Admission is based on the results of the entrance test, written and oral interviews, and completion of required credentials.

3. ����������������� The admission requirements are the following

a.����� Form 138 or report card

b.����� Baptismal certificate���� (Photocopy/Xerox)

c.����� Birth certificate ����������� (Photocopy/Xerox)

d.����� Recommendation form from the Principal

e.����� 2 ID pictures
