Qualifications
I am a gifted teacher and a good organizer who is easily adaptable and works well with people of all ages and background.  I have worked as an instructor, trainer and tutor in both secular and religious settings.  My responsibilities have included coordinating large group meetings and events, training both paid and volunteer staff, developing and maintaining a budget, and assigning work. I research, create, write, and edit business communications and documents including curriculum, business plans, grants, convention displays and marketing material.  In addition, I have been instrumental in creating and implementing office policy and proceedures.  I am a former Diaconal Minister from the South Carolina Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church and a current lay leader in the North Carolina UMC

An expert in adult education, Christian education, art theology and event planning and experienced in forming non-profit organizations, I offer consulting services to individuals and institutions. Clients have used my services for community research and outreach, creating documentation for non-profit organizations, developing retreats and Christian education programs, and designing educational and training plans for businesses teaching churches and religious institutions how to use art in their worship and ministries.  I also offer guest speaking services.

Horse Trainer / Riding Instructor / Judge
I have been offering riding lessons and training horses for the last 10 years.  I am a World Sidesaddle Federation, Inc. Certified Sidesaddle Instructor / Judge.

Administrative Assistant, Catering services, RBC Center, Raleigh, NC. I provide backup support on site for catering service positions during events and adminster database information for consession stand reconciliation.

Editor, Mosaic Monthly, Published by the Mosaic Rural Wellness Center, Inc. I edited, wrote feature stories, and arranged for distribution of a monthly community based publication.

I have been instrumental in the formation of and teaching in the Christian Education Masters program at A.S. T. in Apex, NC

I was a member of the Spherion Resource Team which supplied backup support for the Spherion contract positions of IBM, Corp. This is the same postion as the PCS, Inc.  My contract was sold to a new cotnratcor.

I was a member of the Spherion Resource Team which supplied backup support for the Spherion Contract positions of IBM, Corp.  Responsibilities varied greatly and included working in the secretarial pool, administrating databases, administrative support, executive assistant to Sr. Executive on site, creating user documentation and training curriculum for new internal computer programs, training both contractors and IBM employees, and handling "hot spots" on site.

I supervised all Education activities, developed, coordinated and taught workshops, reorganized the Education Committee for more efficient operations: and strengthened existing education programs and ministries.  I also lead retreats, developed church educational polices, worked with the youth group, and contributed to the children's ministries.
