SEGURIDAD ALIMENTARIA |
||
|
Es un tema muy importante para la salud y que debe desarrollarse como parte de una política medioambiental y de protección de la ecología y el medio ambiente, así como de una educación para la seguridad ambiental y la salud. Al
respecto, incluimos tres importantes desarrollos: 1.-
Propuesta Inicial del Proyecto
Egocreanet:
"FOOD
CONSUMER SCIENCE IN EUROPE” -EU
PROJECT: (ver

3.- Magazine Nutricional, del Instituto Clinico Kinast &Asociados, de Chile, Dr. Horacio Kinast, Director. Es un sitio muy completo en castellano, de excelencia en calidad de temas relacionados con la salud.Fuente principal: Link:

Dear
Colleagues in address,
I
would like to inform you that the EGOCREANET PROPOSAL (http://www.egocreanet.it) starts
from the consideration that our future depends on conscious understanding
of life science innovation. This because economic globalisation has
changed the world economic order, bringing new opportunities and new
challenges on Food, Agriculture & Biotechnology.
In this new economic order, Europe the problem of FOOD cannot
compete unless it becomes more creative, reacts better to consumer needs
and preferences and innovates more.
As
a matter of facts the Call KBBE-2007-1 requests to grow up new knowledge
and new networking methods for a Network of Excellence (NoE) for giving
an innovative comprehension to food's consumers through strengthening
trans-disciplinary sciences related to the needs of food and
agriculture industries in shaping demands to respond about new food and
production biotechnology in a way to render compatible research activity
and consumer science in food in the context of the development of
Knowledge Based Bio-Economy.
KNOWLEDGE
BASED BIO-ECONOMY (KBBE ) requires a coherent long-term vision and food-consumers
consensus. Therefore Europe cannot afford to focus exclusively on the
scientific and research aspects to the detriment of social dialogue so as
to ensure that science delivers what people need and complies with an
acceptable ethical consensus. The European Strategy to develop KBBE
requires proactive action on the scientific and humanistic and economic
multidisciplinary research , in a way to organize a “Virtual
European Centre” enjoining directly scientists and consumers for opening
a social dialogue to
ensure that science delivers what people need and complies with an
acceptable ethical consensus to the European BIO-Economy world wide
development In addition, it involves bringing international
stakeholders on board to chart a common course into the global future.
To
fit this goal the EGOCREANET proposes to all potential partners in address
to enjoy the preliminary proposal to participate to the following call FP7
-KBBE-2007-2-1-01. Henceforth
EGOCREANET starts to promote better growing of consciousness of
Knowledge Based Bio-Economy (KBBE) mostly it will be necessary to enhance an
higher consumer's vision (CV) about the relationship of some important
aspects of integrated scientific knowledge and the Reduced Risks of Health
(RHR) through the attainment and maintenance of optimal health,
physiological function and well-being. As
a matter of facts the EGOCREANET proposed project's concepts and
objectives will be oriented to an approach for improving Consumer Vision
about the innovative issues in the scientific and socioeconomic, cultural,
and psychological influences on food and nutrition behaviour as :
Neurology an Well Being (NWB) Functional properties of
foods components (FPFC) and their effect on product quality effective
perception, Biologic and Metabolic Responses (BMR)
of factors affecting nutritional and health status. This
approach based on enhancing KBBE conceptual innovation useful for
advancing in EUROPEAN KNOWLEDGE SOCIETY , will be coordinated with the
research in the social and behavioural and psychological sciences to
focus on human behaviour of food choices and consumers food
organization changes on cultural, social future perspectives.
An important section of the project will be the development of
innovative methods to achieve and to assess an new understand about
the consumer' s mental changes about science , culture, society, in the
context of individual and social advanced cognitive interaction
processes. This approach will permits to the research project to
define new conception and progress beyond of the state of the art
developing new knowledge in the social and behavioural sciences in a
trans-disciplinary integrated method that will be different of the
standardized methodology of the independent disciplines
normally utilized during the industrial society epoch . Those
concepts and research on social and behavioural science methods that are
coming from the most recent Research in science and society would be
disseminated within appropriated verifiable methodology of
assessment and evaluation of results.
Finally because the concept "well-being" depends
not only on health, but also on the ability to satisfy the demands imposed
by society and the environment, as well as all the other energy-demanding
activities that fulfil individual needs. Taking
in consideration the goal of FOOD & WELL BEING the
EGOCREANET would like to favour the access of social an behavioural
sciences for developing a better conceptualization of
security and quality needs of food production and consumption that
calls for a collective action to safeguard the European way of life that
combines economic prosperity with solidarity. The
project also would like to put in evidence the different approaches in a
convergent view of a cross-bio-cultural interactions of KBBE
among food, human biology, and the social, cultural, political and
economic factors that shape food-related behaviours and nutritional status
of populations. Topics include the social role of food, food beliefs and
ideology, the political economy of malnutrition, development strategies
and food security, and methods in nutritional anthropology research.
Readings and discussions on those issues are research focused and approach
issues from a variety of theoretical multidisciplinary perspectives.
These
legitimate concerns must be turned into an opportunity to enhance Europe
's world-wide economic competitiveness for implementing KBBE in
relation to the topics addressed to the calls. Therefore
is very easy to understand that renewable bio-resources are mostly
depending through strengthening and enabling research cooperation
among scientists and consumers in a way to sub stain European model
of innovation of Agriculture - Biotechnology and Knowledge
Society. For
this goal the EGOCREANET would propose to aggregate an "EUROPEAN
VIRTUAL CENTRE on FOOD SCIENCE & CONSUMERS" to produce a
continuous progress beyond the state of the art , joining European
scientists with consumers. The main goal of this "EVC" in the context of
FOOD & CONSUMER SCIENCE INNOVATION will be based on the
following issues that are of proprietary relevance in order to reach large
audience in European food-consumers and to support the building of
Knowledge Based Bio-Economy: 1.
favouring
conscious consumer satisfactions on basic needs of nutrition by means
innovative dietary strategies; 2.
enhancing
soundness R&D concepts and information about quality and safety
of foods production "from farm to fork" 3.
developing
consumer's permanent education on functional foods, novel foods, and GMO
in a healthy agricultural environment 4.
facilitating
easy food choices through disseminating innovative labelling methods 5.
revitalizing
food knowledge through advanced nutri-genomics to overcome the inadequate
and standardized food intake models. Previous
