Hi, my name is Sigrid Winata. You can call me Sigrid or Sicile. I was born in Jakarta on August 23, 1979. I did not live in Jakarta until I went to high school, SMUK 3. Instead, I lived in Sukabumi, a small town two hours from Jakarta (except for weekends, it adds up to four and a half hours!). After I graduate from high school in 1997, I went to United States to continue my study, and now I'm a student in University of Washington, Seattle, Washington, majoring in Information System and Finance.

My Family

My mom and dad are in Indonesia. My one and the only brother, Adrian, is also in Seattle right now. He is one year younger than me. He just got accepted in University of Washington's Pharmacy School starting Fall 2000. Good job, Bro! O yeah, I almost forget, my doggies! Their names are Boni and Timu. Sounds weird? Even now, I still have no clue how my dad can come up with such names. They live in my house in Indonesia with my parents.

My Hobbies

Well, just like any of you, I like music and movies. I also like to cook, either Chinese, Japanese or Indonesian food. If any of you know how to cook Western food, can you drop me a line on how to cook them? That will be a great experience for me to try new cooking style :-). Above all my hobbies, I like Japanese anime the best. My favorite authors are Yuu Asagiri, Yukari Kawachi, Waki Yamato, and CLAMP. This hobby is the reason why I start to learn Japanese. However, my Japanese is not really good because I only use it to read those comic books. :-D Drawing fanart is also what I like to do when I have lots of spare time. My fanarts are not that good compare to the ones that are posted on the Internet. But, I still like doing it hehe....

Well, that's a little bit about myself (What?! a little bit? I don't think so :D) Right now I'm trying to graduate from my Univ. a.s.a.p , until then....
