D. Auratus "Giant Blue and Black"

This is the fifth kind of dart I added to my collection. I bought them from Understories enterprises in February 2008.
This is supposed to be another large auratus morph if not the biggest, although I have not been able to find any final size, so will have to wait for them to finish growing up to see how they compare to the other auratus morphs.
Colour is fairly consistant on the group I got aswell as the rest of the frogletts that I saw available (both base body colour and markings). Pattern is variable with some individuals being spotted, others striped and others a combination. The over all base colour (blue) lacks the metallic characteristic i see in all my other auratus morphs.
I have had them only a very short time so cannot fully comment on their nature, but so far they are quite skittish, but will eat and settle down infront of you. I will update this as they grow up and mature as well as get used to their new tank.
