To educate , build and nurture generations of students for professional excellence and to become the educational Institute of first choice by strengthening beneficial, concrete and lasting relationship with student community and society at large through a process of continuous learning and improvement.
 

· To equip the student community from the Institute, through academic autonomy, to face the future challenges of dynamic technological innovations and ever-changing market needs in the fields of management., IT, Environment, Social work, and Agriculture management.

· To promote confidence and motivate faculty and staff to efficiently address the expectations of the student community and society at large.

· To provide facilities and training to teaching and research community in higher education.

· To encourage rural student community to diversify their choices to professional education and training

· To include the spirit of the dignity of the individual, excellence and service.

· To encourage the student community to create their own career paths rather than take the oft trodden ones.
