There're many ways to share your experiences, you had in companies, while working on projects, your first interview, your jobs, the problems you faced and the solutions you found, the current need, your seminars, your training, your own projects and everything that was challenging for you and valuable for your juniors. Your help may be of any kind which you think may be helpful to the departments.
