Cody can be reached on AIM at almost any time of the day. He doesn't frequently check his E-mail but he will every once in a while. Couch! is on a heiatus as we speak so I don't think you would really be able to contact him through means of Couch! MySpace is checked frequently so to contact him do it through MySpace or AIM.
