Delivery & Payment Condition

Delivery Costs (including tax)

The ordered products is delivered by the Swedish Post Office "Postpaket - Utrikes"

The maximum weight is 20 kg (consider the gross weight of the products listed at "Products & Prices").

Prices

All prices is in the currency Euro and the tax is included. The tax for food is 12 % and for other products 25 %.

The minimum order is 200 SEK (excluding the delivery costs and post office fee).

How do You receive the products ?

We send the products as soon as possible and after about one week the products arrives to Your post office.

Mail order

With mail order means that the ordered products are delivered to Your post office. You pay for the products and the delivery at the post office. Normally, You also have to pay a fee.

If You don´t pay for the products You ordered

Although You don´t pay for the products You have ordered, we send You a bill of the delivery costs and return delivery costs.

If You are not satisfied with the products You ordered

If You are not satisfied with the products You ordered You have the right to exchange or return the products within 10 days if the following conditions are obeyed:

- The product has not been used (that means not damaged or opened)

- A specification or a copy of the original specification follows the returned products.

- You pay for the return delivery costs.

NB. You must not return the products by mail order. In addition, You need to inform us about Your account.

If a product is out of stock

If, unfortunately, a product is out of stock we send You the other ordered products (if You not tell us the opposite when You order). Concerning more expensive products or if many products are out we always contact You by e-mail before we send the products.

If the products are damaged

All products are insured during the delivery. If a product has been damaged, immediately explain for the personnel at Your post office, they will help You.
