Appears to not need explainaions but it is suspected that he holds to his own very strong morals and will not violate those standards. This has yet to be tested. Stong sense of layaly, developed from working in a team environment such as SWAT.

BACKGROUND: Declan had an active childhood with few problems. Both sets of parents still live, and his sister lives in Tailand with her husband. Declan's childhood was littered with various accidents and injuries due to a confident nature and peoples bad reaction to his demenour.

Age 17: Attented Trinity university for first year of Crime and criminal Justice degree.

Age 18: Transfered to Berkley finish degree. Graduated, with first class honours (age21)
Underwent covert specialist military training with a man named Van Cleef.

Age 21: Joined Police force

Age 27: Internal investigation regarding alleged drug traficking and selling. Led to his suspension from the force.
