En route to the Dacha
8 miles southwest of Savvinskaya Sloboda
0245 hours

They were ahead of schedule. And good thing, too, because Paige wasn't very much into being back in Russia. The last time she had set foot on Russian soil had been in Kaluga, which seemed about a billion miles from where she now stood. She and her team had been sent in to rescue two deep cover operatives and one under cover operative. The latter most of the trio was a friend. The former two were excruciatingly not Section material and Paige had never figured out how the couple had even come by Section in the first place.

The reason for the extraction was to get to a man named Tallgeese (thankfully dead), a high ranking prick amongst Russian bad guys. After the extraction the team had orders, had been given orders, and most had balked. Certainly Paige had. And it had been Mai, of all people, Mai, had been one to save all of there lives that night by pulling the trigger that let the bullets out on the unsuspecting couple and their unborn child.

Paige shivered at the memory and only lingered on it for another few minutes to remember Daniel, the friend, and let a small smile tug at her lips under her mask. He was one of the good guys, too. Well, had been. He wasn't around anymore, filched off into wherever it was that operatives no longer around went to.

But that was then and now was pressing it's need heavily into her head. She looked back quickly taking a moment to identify the four bodies clad in black that stalked silently behind her. They should be close now. As if he had heard her thoughts somehow through the tiny earpiece and stick of their comm units, Simon spoke softly.

"Mark one, Alpha Five."

Paige glanced to her side a moment later seeing Bella disappear into the darkness. Bella would continue another mile on foot alone before reaching her position directly west of the Dacha, and their egress route. The rest would continue only a little further on their current northeasterly track before Jaime would break from the group, then Paige, and finally Jordan. The result would be a triangle: Bella, west; Paige southeast; Safara northeast; Jordan would rove a direct north south track between Paige and Safara. Jaime would be directly south of the Dacha having a view of both the attack side (east) and the egress (west).

It should be easy enough once they got an idea of who exactly was inside. She knew there would be a few people, possibly a lot, but herself and Saf moving through the estate not only gave each other protection, but offered some confusion to those inside. She would get the shot off though. (Alpha Five in position.) Paige knew she would get the shot off. She just hoped the killer-become would surface. Just how many coping mechanisms did that make? The third, she counted off in her head: the Bathroom Tigers, Mind, and the killer-become. The Four Personalities of Paige. Sounded like a bad movie to her...

"Mark two, Alpha six," Simon again.

Already? She glanced at her wrist pulling the sleeve up just enough to see the time. They were making exceptionally good time. Time was always important because it would offer her and Saf some more time to move through the Dacha once they got inside. Time would allow them to be more stealthy, more crafty in their hunt for the target. She watched as Jaime moved alongside them, giving her a nod, before he, too, blended into the darkness.

It was nice here in the woods she thought. Lots of cover, lots of darkness, barely any signs of the creepy almost full moon that she knew was lighting up the sky. (Alpha six in position) That would suck for them because they had some pretty big open areas to cover and they could be easily seen if the moon held high. At least, it wouldn't be at it's zenith, it would be slowly sinking into the horizon disappearing until it was called upon tomorrow night.

"Mark three, Alpha two."

That was her. She glanced back with a nod to Jordan who was right behind her and to Saf, behind Jordy. They nodded back and continued on without her. Jordan would stay with Saf until she reached her mark then Jordy would travel back towards Paige staying somewhere in the middle in case either needed some help during the ingress. Paige moved forward only until she could see the Dacha then sank against tree. "Alpha two in position."

It wasn't too much longer later that Saf called into position and Jordan began her rove back towards Paige.

"Alpha six, alpha two," she spoke quietly.

"Alpha six, go ahead," he answered. The comm equipment was excellent and though she knew Jaime's voice was barely above a whisper it sounded as if he were right next to her. She wished. "Seems quiet, tell me what you see." Her eyes took in the dacha and she had been sitting in the same spot for 15 minutes and had not seen one person, not a single light go on or off, a dog bark, nothing, just the sound of the breeze amongst the leaves and some daring crickets. It was weird that it would be so quiet. Then again, she reminded herself, it was 3:30 in the morning.

Just like everything else, she told herself. Be still. Be quiet.
