"Crazy Undercover"
Bella ran towards the transport. She was still in her civilian clothing because she hadn't been given enough time to change. She banged the side of the vehicle with her hand and it stopped. She wasn't out of breath but she breathed a deep sigh of relief. She hated being left behind. Although she did have to wonder why she had been told so late that she was meant to be going with them. She had a bag over her shoulder it had her field gear in it, she would have to change into it on the way.

The back doors of the van opened and she climbed in, closing the doors behind her. She looked at the others who were looking at her, was she meant to feel uncomfortable? Nah they just hadn't been expecting her. She smiled brightly and took off her jacket, placing the bag on the nearest seat to her.

"Slept in." She shrugged a bit and then sat down, unlacing her boots.

"You planning on walking around with no boots on?" Jordan quipped with a smile.

Bella looked up and returned the smile. "Nah, but this', she indicated the deep turquoise blue pants, and the crisp white shirt she wore, `is not good mission wear." She took off her boots and proceeded to take her trousers off. The women didn't seem to care much; Bella didn't even think Paige noticed.

But Simon who was also in the van did notice and turned away quickly. Not quickly enough however to hid the bright shade of red he had turned. Paige seemed to notice this and smiled. Bella got changed, no big deal, she had little to hide anyway. Throwing her civilian clothes into her bag she stretched out a little and then, noticing Simon still staring hard at the van wall she decided to end his pain.

"Simon, I'm dressed now, you can look." She smiled gently at him when he did look. "Not many gentlemen around in the world anymore. Nice to see they still exist." She hoped her words made him feel a little less silly for being embarrassed. "So we are supposed to sit and watch thisSebastian's back. Isn't this a little unusual for us? I mean with the cops involved and all?" She wasn't asking anyone in particular just anyone who was listening.

"I don't think, really, anything is unusual for us," Paige said with a shrug. "But Baz, Sebastian, has been working with an undercover cop to meet up with another friend of his, this guy Stewart. Stewart isn't all that bad, weapons, drugs, insert standard bad rap sheet here, but his connections - that's what we're after."

"The cop has been deep for quite some time," Safara said, "so they don't want to take him out of play. Besides the fact he could never get an in with Stewart. Baz comes along, charms his way into Stewart's life and voila - you got the meet."

"The only problem," Paige added, "is that Stewart is unpredictable, a little nutty"

"Which is probably why he likes Baz so much," Jordan quipped in.

"Sebastian is crazy?" Bella queried.

"Yeah, so we're not sure how it's gonna go. If it goes right, we hang here, the meet goes well, and the cop has his in with Stewart."

"And if it goes bad?" Bella asked.

"Then we get to do a little killing tonight," Safara said quietly.

Bella nodded and smiled. Sounds like things could get interesting. She sat back in her seat and relaxed, then after a moment checker her gun, looked it over, and made sure everything was good, as best she could without firing it anyway. She put in away again and pulled her sketch book out of her bag. There was a pencil slid into the spine of it so she pulled it out opened the book and began to sketch. This time she wasn't designing, just drawing what she saw around herwell caricatures really.

Her first victim had been Simon. It was easier to draw like this when you didn't know the person very well, then it was based on first impressions. The picture had Simon with unusually big eyes, tussled hair and a laptop in front of him. The laptop had and an image form the game `The sim' on it with all the little people having the names of the alpha unit. She looked it over, she knew what she had meant by it but it seemed like it could be a little harsh if someone read it wrong.

She flipped the page and started another, this one of Paige. She was standing, her legs and lower body quite small compared to her head. The hair was free flowing and she had this look on her face, lost, confusedintense. She had a gun in one hand, just hanging at her side, and in front of her Bella put a mirror, but it was shattered. There was a face in the mirror that wasn't Paige's, and was mostly unrecognisable. When she finished it she looked at it and realised that the amusing pictures she had set out to draw just weren't happening so she closed the book. It hadn't taken her long to whip up the sketches so when they arrived at their destinationor at least the van stopped, she realised just how far they hadn't gone.
