Sometime in the near future.. The city of Shinkyo. A metropolis and melting pot of many ethnics and culture. We go deeper into the Sakura District. Here lives Kei Mamoru. He must decide his future and learn that there's a prize for everything, as a shadow from his past returns to engulf Sakura High.
