This is my Pawpaw Henton Aubrey Dean. It has been many years since he passed away. I miss him a whole lot. I can remember walking with him in the garden, and down the old dirt road in front of his house. We spent lots of time going to the pond to check on his cows. I always thought that was fun even though I was scared of the cows. I will never forget he would try to scare me with his stories of  Black Annie, and Catfish John. Pawpaw was very special to me. He always took up extra time with me, and my brothers. He would let me comb his hair for him. I remember that when we were together he would put two of his fingers together and say, "We are just like that". Meaning we were that close. He always called me Coontail. It was very sad when Pawpaw got sick. I like to remember him walking around in the garden picking peas. It was hard to see him not being able to do the things he loved to do anymore. I believe with all my heart that he is in heaven now doing all that and more. I know I will see him in heaven someday. When I do I will put my fingers together and say, "We are just like that"...
