i must appoligise this is in html so i can edit it and i am not used to it
well hi there this is a test
well i am having this page to keep notes and stuff for myself and for those who care enough to read the stuff that i might write to them
yes. well i find myself for some reason preferring no one knowing my real name i guess it helps me to feel superior to something in a wierd sort of way kinda like waying "i know a seret and yalls do not!" please note though that i am about as literate in html as i am in latin and chineese and japaneese and whatever the martians speak so i probably wont have a lot of graphics here very much. ok down to business
well im here typing to explain some things
first yes i am a sonic fan fiction writer and a fan fiction reader.
second i like those who look for hidden meanings and find what the author is trying to say behind the words BUT i also like it for those who think they know what i am saying to not state their findings as facts until i confirm (or outright deny) it/them here.
anybody still reading or dd i acare yalls away yet
OH YEAH!
i use words that i find useful and not necessarily because i use their accent with them(in this case the words yalls and yall are being refferred to here) i use them not due to my own slang but because they seem to me to get to the point that i am trying to get to.
ahhhhhh. the soothing echo of nobody caring anymore enough to keep reading so they have left me and the room is now empty. ahhhhh the absence of sanity as i am left by my lonesome in a straight jacket to rot or escape the alkatrez of my brain! bwahahahahahahahahahaha!
ok so now im just being silly, but i do like it when someone takes some notice of my stories i am hoping to write them in .txt format(last time i tried it in html and it wasn't what i expected)
i would also ask you to please wait for me to get the stories here on the page i will put a link here near the beginning when i have a story here and can build an index for them/it but until then i will continue trying things here
-
1) good verses evil
-
2) nothing born is inheritly good or inheritly evil it must choose for itself
-
3) anti racism (you may find me using "race" more often then i use the term "specie/species"
-
4) i use an old language i made every now and again
-
5) what happens will bleed (like color clothes in the wash bleed) from one dimension to another and those whose minds are properly tuned in to these signals may pick them up
-
6) i like to expalin the different technologies i come up with and will try to keep myself from becoming long winded
-
7) my main base for writing information is the small sonic comic collection that i have
-
8) i will try to make the stories on a whole as fair with their "spotlight time" as i can be. so dont fret if the first set of the stories seems a bit one sided.
-
9) i would like to thank those who have kept me going by writing their stories and by writing them so well. i may make refferences to these stories in my notes from the author that will appear occasionally in the stories and in other places as well
-
10) i would like to thank in particular the authors robert brown and francis tolbert
-
11) i find myself a great supporter of morals and very adverse to acts of immorality. but as an author i realize that in order to paint a good picture of good and light you need also a picture of evil and darkness to compare and contrast it with but feeling myself more aligned to good then to evil i shall keep the villans from doing anything i dont feel is appropriate to be typed adn read.
-
12) i feel that we as a populace are believing more and more that our genes and physical makeup decide what we do and who we are and that the diferent species in a story such as this with animal/animal like characters, think and act only/mostly in the ways that their genetics/what they are physically, dictate to them. i intend to not follow this trend
-
13) i would like to thank the author brian jaques, thank him for both a few good adventure stories and for making them in a way that i wouldn't and thus cause me to make a few more plot twists
-
14) i hope to get my e-mail address onto my main page or here so that i can get some feedback.
15) i hope i can make these stories enjoyable
i hope to learn how to make a page break in this thing someday. well i've recently read (actually i was just there) an interview between sonic HQ and the legendary duo "Robert Brown and Francis Tolbert!" what their opinion of the interview is i do not know but it seems worth reading to me. i have recently just written out a story myself but it still needs proofreading and spelling/grammaticizing so i probably won't have it out here for another week. right now i am going to college, mostly just the basic necessary stuff before i get into the more specialized classes. if i sound like im just rambling it is because i've got nothing to do. i'm taking one class online and another on campus but my brother has three classes on campus. this is ok because he drives me there (i accidentally let my liscense expire and didn't get it renewed so ive got to work back up to getting it, i've worked back up to getting my temps but a lack of interest and a lack of need gets in the way a bit) and we have our classes on the same day. but it means that i've got a lot of time stuck on campus with NOTHING to do! so i ramble.
where do my stories come from? well let me see. some people are better at change then others, they take every new thing and make the most out of it. i however am more of a coward. when there is change i don't like i may adapt to it but the pain is something i need to get rid of while it lasts so i create. anything from thying to imagine photo synthetic processes to designing the relationships of the very gods of the universe i escape into the mental playground that for me really has no name. and there planets and peoples are created and occasionally destroyed. i wonder if i'll run out of memory one day and forget some of life's basic functions. oh well. i dont care. but it leaves me with a problem that itself caused some pain and thus was unescapable because it's source seemed to be the stories themselves. the problem was "what do i do with them all?" certainly such fantacy and fiction can't all be created into reality. well, no, it can't.
but it can be written.
every now and again i imagine a scene or something based on the objects around me and wonder "where could this fit in, in one of my stories?" from there i proceed to create or recall characters that might fit into the scene and try to see what i want them there for and what i want them to do. from that their personalities are made and discovered. i learn about as much about myself as i do about the characters and the stories that they are in. i discover the morals and repeating themes i tend to use, the characters i like and dont like working with. my mental strengths and weaknesses. am i rambling again?
sorry about all of these colons but i'll get rid of them as soon as i find some thing that can be used to make an adequate break in the page this thing just doesn't work like a text file does.
in refference to the already mentioned interview i would like to make some comments as though someone were asking me those questions. i am basing the sonic stories on a number of things
1)knothole i imagine as being kind of a hybrid between the one in the comics and the one in the old sat/AM cartoon that they (curse them) took off the air and ceased making more episodes of. really there isn't much difference but then again i find it harder and harder to remember (curse them again!) the sat/AM series and so i find myself wishing i'd paid more attention to them (and just for the heck of it, curse them yet again!!!)
i have a relatively small collection of sonic comic's as i didn't start colleting until later in the series and now due to money restraints i find myself unable to continue copllecting. realy it kinda died for me a while back as the further i read the further the comic's pulled from where i wished they would go, and my collecting began going sparratic. i got a bit depressed when i learned that the knuckles series (which i was also collecting at the time) was cancelled and merged with the sonic comic's due to a lack of sales which told me that there was a lack of interrest and thus i felt like that comic dissappearing, the cancelation of the sat/AM show (which, though they were seperate events by months at least if not years, i still mentally grouped together) and the lack lf hearing about any new sonic games coming out recently caused me to feel like sonic the hedge himself was dying in popularity and would fade away as a legend and a rerun.
with this in mind i found robert brown and francis tolbert
i either copied the text and took it to my home computer to read (because the only access to the net that we had at the time was at where dad worked) or i printed the stories onto paper (i later realized i was wasting paper and decieded not to waste amymore by using floppy disks to store the text files and take them home)
i read them...
i read them again...
then i left for two years to serve a mission in colorado
now i'm back...
i'm still reading them. and now i have the time and the home internet connection (not to mention the connection i get here at the campus) to get those stories of my own written and on own web page!
i just hope that im not the biggest fan that RB&FT have.
before i left i tried to see if they had written anything more but i didn't see anything so i felt as though sonic had died there too. then i saw what in my mind i reffer to as the new generation series (because really that is what it is) that they have recently been writing. i notice things about how they write. i just wish i knew what those things were so i could write about them
i have written so much so far about other authors that it might seem like i am more adept at making fanfiction about the authors then about the actual sonic characters. i hope to change that by getting my own stories out here A.S.A.P.
well it's lunch time, ive got a lunch to eat, a library to visit and a class to study for so until next time.
(not to me:i've got to remember to put a good quote here some time:)
well now! not onlyhave i learned how to make page breaks but font and background changes as well wheeeeeeeee
