## An arsonist, one who kills other by poison, one who attacks on
weapon-less with a weapon, one who steals another's riches, one who
takes away another' wife, or occupies another's farm land; these six are

na hantavya AtatAyi vadhArhaNaH. mayaiva
ubhayAm AmnAtam paripAhi anushAsanam.. ## SMB 1-7-53 The
Personality of Godhead Sri Krishna said: A friend of a brahmana is not
to be killed, but if he is an aggressor (aatataayi), he must be killed.
All these rulings are in the scriptures, and you should act accordingly.
