Straightening the dark sunglasses that adorned her face, she adjusted the dark black wig that was pinned into her blonde curls.
She daintily pressed her perfectly manicured finger onto the doorbell of the Crane mansion. Hoping that her disguise would full everyone in the house. She had to make sure that this plan would work.
Cringing slightly she had the keep her act up, in order to keep herself alive. Pilar came to the door looking her up and down slightly.
�May I help you Ms.?� She said awkwardly.
Sheridan smiled inwardly to herself. If she could full Pilar than Julian would be a breeze.
�Yes, I would like to see Julian Crane. He is expecting me.� She said laying on a thick French accent.
�Ms. Yvette right?�
�Yes, where I can I find Mr. Crane?� Sheridan said. She hated the fact that she was lying to Pilar but only a select few knew of their plot and it had to stay that way.
�In his library, this way.� Pilar said leading the way through the familiar house that had causes Sheridan so much pain in her life.
�If only they knew that one of their own was bringing down their empire.� She thought wickedly to herself.
�Mr. Crane? Ms. Yvette is here to see you.� Pilar said opening up the door to the library.
�Yes, thank you Pilar.� He said waving her out of the room and staring Sheridan up and down.
Sheridan shuttered under her wig and piles of makeup. �My brother is such scum.�
�Yes, Mr. Crane. You said you needed someone for a job? Something of major importance.�
Julian cleared his throat and straightened his tie. �Yes, my dear. See I have something for you to do and it�s very important. I�m sure we can make definite arrangements so that you�ll be comfortable with this.� He said walking closer to her.
Sheridan casually pushed her distance from him. �I was informed that I am to play a part to fool your sister into believing that her fiance is cheating on her. Am I correct?�
�Well, you were correct but there was quite a change of plans. See our �impostor� is actually living with my sister and she doesn�t know it. So, I think that we can still work with the original plan but I�m also going to need your help and luring the other Luis out of town. This way he can never ever get back to my sister and everyone lives happily ever after. Well, accepted for my darling baby sister but oh well.� He smirked.
It took everything in her not to just beat him to a bloody pulp. Violence is nothing in comparison to what the elder Crane men were going to experience.
�If that is the job than you have the right gal!� She chirped plastering on a sickening sweet smile.

�How do I look Sam?� Luis said walking out of the backroom of the Harmony Police Department.
�You look like yourself Luis.� Sam said laughing slightly.
�Good.� Luis said sitting down at his desk. �Sam I really hope this plan works. I don�t know what I would do if I lost Sheridan and this is my only real chance to expose the Crane�s for the scum that they truly are.�
�It�ll work Luis! Ivy will put on the disguise that Sheridan is wearing to full Julian, you and her will make it look like your in bed together, and Sheridan will have Julian and Alistar with her when she sees you two in the cottage that is when we�ll have all of the evidence you need to put those two behind bars for quite a while.� Sam said confidently.
Luis just shook his head. �That's the plan and also a few other details as well. So far so good too. The impostor is in the basement and they don�t even believe the difference. Good thing we were able to make a duplicate of the mask.� �Which definitely cost a pretty penny, you�re going to owe a lot of hours for this!� Sam said jokingly closing up his desk for the day.
Luis laughed and patted Sam on the back as they walked out of the police station. They had a long night ahead of them and they definitely needed to be prepared.
Luis had a feeling this wasn�t going to be as easy as they thought is was going to be.

Ivy walked across the Crane property towards Sheridan�s cottage. She was very happy to be a part of Sheridan and Luis� plan to bring down Julian and Alistar. They had brought to much pain to her in her lifetime and she was ready to see the Crane Empire fall.
Yet again, Ivy would also get pleasure out of seeing poor Rebecca Hotchkiss lose her chance to weasel her way into being the new Mrs. Crane.
She giggled at the thought as she knocked on the door of the cottage slightly. She stood for a few minutes but she realized that no one was home.
�That is odd I was supposed to meet Sheridan here to get ready for tonight. Where could she be?� She thought getting a little worried.
The pain in the back of her head was sharp and quick. She crumpled to the ground and fell into unconsciousness. The man stood over her getting ready to pick her up when his cell phone began to ring.
�Hello?� He barked into the phone.
�Is the job done?� The voice stated.
�Yes, Mr. Crane. Mrs. Ivy won�t be waking up for a while.� He said laughing into the phone.
�Well, done you shall be awarded as soon as you hide her body. Luis and Sheridan�s little plan will now fall to pieces!� Alistar laughed triumphantly.

�Hank!� Luis yelled as he and Sam walked up to the cottage.
�Hey Buddy!� He said patting him on the back.
�Is everything set up Hank?� Sam said.
�Good to go Big Bro!� Hank said admiring his handy work.
�Has Ivy or Sheridan arrived yet?� Luis said worriedly.
�Sheridan is inside getting dressed but I haven�t seen Ivy. In fact, she was supposed to be here a good hour ago.�
�This can�t be good.� Luis cursed under his breath.
Part 2
Sheridan finished off her make-up as she slipped into a pale yellow sundress. The plan was going off without a hitch and she knew that everything was going to be just fine.
�I�m finally going to get what I�ve always wanted in my life. Love.� She thought happily as she picked up her pocketbook and headed out the back door of her cottage.
She walked towards the Crane mansion with much anticipation that she could get Julian to her cottage.
Walking into the mansion, she took notice of the fact that it was incredibly quiet in the usually frantic house.
�Sheridan, my dear sister you finally made it.� Julian said walking over to her sister and gently kissing her on the forehead.
�Julian, what are you up to?� Sheridan said feeling rather surprised at his very odd behavior.
�Father and I have been waiting for you.� Julian gently tugged on her arm leading her towards his library.
�Waiting on the phone for me right?� Sheridan said then stopped abruptly as she saw the sight before.
�Well, Sheridan darling it�s between too long since I�ve seen you.� Alistar Crane said standing up from the couch and walking over to his daughter. �Father?� Sheridan said staring in disbelief.
�Yes, we have much to discuss.�

�Sheridan? I�m home Babe.� Luis said walking into their bedroom.
�Where is she at?� Luis thought walking around the room.
Luis walked back into the front room of the cottage. �Hank, where is Sheridan?�
�Well, she should be in her room.� Hank said staring out the front window.
Luis took note of the fact that Hank looked rather nervous. �She�s going to be just fine.� He heard Hank whisper.
�Who�s going to be fine Hank?�
�What?� Hank said jumping slightly as he turned to look at Luis.
�You murmured something under your breath about someone being fine. Who were you talking about?�
�Nobody Buddy! Man, you need to calm your nerves down.� Hank said clapping Luis on the back.
�Yea, you�re right. I�m going to go hop in the shower real quick.�
�All right. I�m sure Sheridan just stepped out or something. She�ll be back.�
�Yea, you�re probably right.� Luis said walking out of the room.
Hank turned back towards the window staring at the large mansion in the distance. �Luis if you only knew what I�ve just done.�

Ivy opened her eyes slowly as she felt the pain begin to pour into her head. She slowly placed her hand on the back of her head feeling the new knot that was forming on the base of her skull. �What happened to me?� Ivy thought for a second. Finally all of her memories from the cottage flooded back into memory.
�Where am I?� She thought taking in her surroundings. Realizing that she was in her bedroom back at the mansion.
�Ivy, my beautiful wife you�re awake.� Julian walked into the room kissing her gently on the cheek.
�Julian, what the hell have you been drinking?� Ivy asked at Julian�s incredibly odd behavior.
Julian just smirked, �Darling, I need you to come down to the library with me. There is someone down there who would really like to have a word with you.�
�Julian, not right now my head really hurts and I just want to lay here for a while.� Ivy said falling back into the pile of pillows.
�No, I think you�re going to come with me now!� He said yanking her up and walking her quickly down the stairs.
�Get your hands off of me.� She said shaking out of his grasp.
She stopped when she saw the people sitting in the library.
Sheridan was shaking on the floor holding the side of her face and Ivy recognized the man that stood over her.
�Alistar?� She said.
�Ivy, you arrived just in time.� Alistar said.
All Ivy could register anymore was Julian slamming the door shut. She knew now that she was trapped.

�Hey, I think we should.........Hank?� Luis said walking out of the bathroom.
Hank was no where to be found.
�Something isn�t right here.� Luis thought walking around the cottage.
�Everyone is disappearing.� He said out loud feeling very frustrated.
He stopped in front of the front window and caught a glance of the mansion.
He didn�t know for sure but he had a feeling something was going on and Sheridan was in trouble.

�Ohhh.....� Sheridan wailed as Alistar slapped her across the face again.
�You disobey me and I will treat you like a little child.� Alistar screamed.
�Quit it!� Ivy yelled from the couch.
�Ivy, I haven�t even started on you yet. Now sit there and shut up like the dirty tramp that you are.� He said turning his sights back on Sheridan.
�I know everything about your little �plan� to try and bring down the Crane empire! How could you turn on your own family like that? The Luis imposter was working his job perfectly and you had to go and ruin it. I know about that night you found Luis, the plan, the fact that Ivy was involved, and you being Ms. Yvette.� Alistar said pacing around the room.
�She was?� Julian said in disgust remembering how he wanted to bed the French flame.
Sheridan stared up at her father with so much disgust and fear when she finally whispered, �How?�
�Well, you�re getting ready to meet the man who gave you away!� Alistar said motioning towards the door.
The door slowly opened and Ivy gasped at the identity of the man responsible.
�Hank..� She whispered
Part 3
Luis slowly crept towards the mansion being fully aware that something obviously was going wrong. He walked up to a large window that sat towards the back of the mansion. Looking through the large window, he tried to hold his composure as he saw Alistar slap Sheridan across the face.
Pulling out his gun, he had to breathe in and out quickly to keep him from doing anything to rash that would not only put his life in jeopardy but Sheridan�s as well.
He leaned up towards the window again and his eyes widened as he saw a new figure in the room.
�What the hell is Hank doing in there?�

�Hank..� Ivy whispered.
�Mr. Bennett here was kind enough to help me figure out the plan that you and your Latin lover were trying to compose to bring down our Empire. It surprises me so much that you actually thought that you could possibly achieve this! You�re still a very naive little girl Sheridan and now you�ll pay the price.� Alistar said reaching his hand back again.
�You Bastard!� Ivy yelled jumping off the couch towards Alistar.
Without even flinching he swiftly grabbed her arm and threw her to the ground.
�I love how you think that you can possibly stop me.� Alistar said staring down Sheridan.
�Julian, for God�s sake do something good in your life for once and save your own flesh and blood.� Ivy screamed.
�Damn it Ivy! She did this to herself!� Julian shot back.
�She�s still your sister!�
�She knows too much.� Alistar stated.
�Too much about what?� Sheridan breathed out helplessly.
�We killed Martin Fitzgerald and we made you think that you did it. If you were to marry Luis it would only mean that he would dig into our Crane past and he would find out too much. So, now that you know the truth now I have a reason to kill you! Both of you!�
�Not on my watch!� Hank said holding up a gun.
�Freeze Police!� Luis yelled crashing into the library pointing his gun at Hank.
�Luis get the hell out of here!� Sheridan screamed.
�What�s going on Sher?� Luis said.
�You�ve just been caught Mr. Crane!� Hank said cocking his gun.
�What are you talking about?� Alistar said tossing Sheridan onto the floor and started moving towards Hank.
�You fell for the easiest trick in the book! The FBI is sitting right outside and I had this whole place bugged. Sheridan and I have planning this all along!� Hank boasted.
�What?!?� Luis said in disbelief.
Before he could think any longer, Alistar grabbed for Hank�s gun and stuck it to Sheridan forehead.
�One move and she dies.�
�No....� Luis whispered tears rolling down his cheeks.
�FBI! Hands up!� Men from all over started busting into the room.
Luis took this opportunity to push Sheridan away and grab Alistar by the neck.
�Don�t you even move!� Luis hissed into his ear as the agents surrounded them clipping his wrists together with handcuffs.
�You�ll never get away with this. I will have my revenge!� Alistar snarled as the agents pushed him and Julian away.
�Luis!� Sheridan said falling breathlessly into his arms.
Luis just kissed her head and held her as tightly as he could. �Why didn�t you tell me that you and Hank were planning something all along? That is the second time this has happened!�
�It was too risky! I�m so sorry.� She said letting all the tears fall down her face.
Agent Hal Freeman walked up to the couple knowing this was going to be hard to do.
�Ms. Crane you must come with me now.� Hal said.
�Why?� Sheridan said clutching Luis tighter.
�Well, now we have to have a trial and you and Hank are our prime witnesses. Even though your father and brother are going to be behind bars they still have connections that would affect your safety.�
�Can I come with her Hal?� Luis said.
�I�m sorry Luis but you won�t be able to see her. At least not until the trial is over and in this case it may takes months before a date is even set.�
�No. I won�t do it! I have to see Luis.� Sheridan said staring at Luis tears falling wildly down her face.
Luis just stood there not knowing what to do or say. He couldn�t imagine not having her in his life even for a short period of time.
�I�m sorry Ms. Crane but we must go now.� Hal said gently pulling her arm.
�Luis, I love you.� She whispered letting go of him.
�I love you.� He mouthed back.
Slowly, she walked out of his life once again not knowing when he would see her again but he knew he would wait for as long as it would take.
