Luis was walking around Harmony, trying to decide where to go for his vacation. He walked by a travel agent and saw a picture of Spain. Luis went inside and book a trip to Spain.
Sheridan was already in Spain, she was walking around the town. She has lived there for a while and she totally loved it.
Luis goes home to pack his suitcase and tell Pilar where he is going. "Luis, I'm glad you have decide to go on vacation, Pilar said". "Mama, I just need some time away from Harmony and i saw the picture for Spain, but I'm worried that you have some trouble while I'm gone, Luis said". "How long are you going to be gone?, Pilar asked". "Well I was thinking about a month, you see mama, i have a month of vacation builded up and i want to take it all, Luis said". "Oh i see Luis, but you need the break from the police station, Pilar said". "Luis, my son i can i say one more thing?" pilar asked. "Of course Mama, what do you want to ask, Luis said". "I hope you have a good time and maybe you can meet a sweet young lady that steals your heart right from the first time you see her, Pilar asked of her son. "I will try to find that person Mama but that not way I'm going to Spain, Luis said with a smile on his face".
Unlike Luis, Sheridan was hoping to find a person that steal her heart from the first time she sees him.
Sheridan makes a wish on a star and at the same time so does Luis. They make the same wish.

Chapter 2
Luis was getting up for his trip to Spain. He was looking forward to leaving Harmony for awhile, even though he loved the small city, he needed to see the world and going to Spain was the plan.
Sheridan just lefted her hotel room and she was getting ready to walk around Spain, even though she has been there been seeing the sites again are still beautiful as the first time.
Luis has now board the plane for the long trip to Spain. He was hoping to meet a beautiful woman to talk to on the way there but he got stuck with an old man. So Luis just waiting for the movie to start but by the time the movie started, he was sleeping and dreaming of a beautiful woman with blue eyes and blonde hair, the kind that would make his heart melt.
Sheridan walked back to her hotel room and decide to take a nap. Sheridan had put a movie in and by the time the previews were over, she was sleeping and dreaming of a very handsome guy with dark brown eyes and dark hair, the kind of man that would make her heart melted.
Luis woke up with a strange feeling, it like i have seen this person that I'm going to falling love with and i haven't meet her yet.
Sheridan had just woke also with a stranger feeling, it like i have seen this person that I'm going to falling love with but i haven't meet him yet.
Chapter 3
Luis is now is Spain and he is walking out of the airport and into a cab. He tells the driver the name of the hotel he is staying at. The driver nows the hotel well. Most visitors to Spain stay there. The driver get Luis there and he walks into the hotel. He heads toward the desk but he doesn't see Sheridan walk by him. He is too busy signing.
Sheridan walks by Luis this time and she isn't paying attention either. She heads towards the elevator. After Luis is done signing in, he too heads toward the elevator.
When Luis gets there, he doesn't see Sheridan at first but when the door of the elevator opens, he see the most beautiful woman get on.
Sheridan sees Luis get on too and she is thinking, he is the most handsome man i have ever see but looking at his face, it like i was having a dream. He face is the one i saw in my dreams last night.
Sheridan talking to herself "i have know who that man is".
"Excuse me, sir but i would was wondering your name was?", said Sheridan
Chapter 4
Luis was staring at this beautiful lady in the elevator with him. Before he could say anything to her, she said, "what is your name and why does your face look fimilar to me?. "Well since you asked nicely, my name is Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald and what is your name?, said Luis. My name is Sheridan Crane, but you still haven't answered my question. "What is that, said Luis. "I asked you, why does your face look fimilar to me?", Sheridan said. "I'm not sure but i was thinking the same thing of you", Luis said.
"Luis, this is going to sound odd and i have never done this before, but you like to go out with me tonight, if you are free?, Sheridan said nervously. "Sheridan, i would love it but can i get settled first, i just got here to the hotel and I'm very tired", Luis said.
"where are you from and how long are you planning staying here in Spain?, asked Sheridan. "I'm from a small town in Maine, the town is called, Harmony, but i don't think you have heard of i,and i planning being here for awhile said Luis.
"Don't be so sure that i haven't heard of Harmony and that reason is because i have family there but i don't talk with then, when I'm here in Spain, its like my own world, Sheridan said. "I'm sorry i said that Sheridan and i hope you forgive, Luis said.
"Luis, what time should i pick you up for dinner?, Sheridan asked.
"I think 12p.m. will be fine and i can't wait, but where are you taking me, so i know what to wear?, Luis asked. "well Luis, since this is your first time to Spain, i will take you somewhere special and for your clothes, wearing something comfortable", Sheridan said as she was walking to her room.
Chapter 5
Sheridan went to get luis for their trip but she wouldn't tell him where they going. "Where are you taking me, asked luis. "Since this your first time in Madrid, i did decide to show you around", sheridan said.
"Thanks so much sheridan and i'm glad that you want to do this for me, i mean since we just met last night," luis said. "There are some nice places that i want to show you and the first stop is Parque del Retiro. "Sheridan, was is this beautiful place?, luis asked. "Luis, is a park and maybe we can back later and have a pinic lunch," sheridan said. She was nervous, she didn't know how luis would react to it. "sheridan, i would love that, luis said and that made sheridan smile. "Luis, we better get moving, i still have some other places i watch to show you", sheridan said as she was reaching her hand to luis but she wasn't sure if he would take and when she felt his hand in her, she smiled even more.
They headed off to the Bellasarter de san fernando museum. "This is a very place for me, luis", sheridan said. "Thank you for showing me this place and i can see how special it is for you, it's beautiful in here, luis said. "Lets go, i still have 2 more places to show you before dinner tonight, sheridan said. "Ok, i'm ready when you are" said luis as he was reaching his hand out this time to sheridan and she took it without questioning the feeling she was having for him.
"Luis, i hope you like Botantico Garden?, sheridan asked. "I have to tell you, i'm not sure what it is", luis said. "DO you like to see different kinds of flowers?", sheridan asked him. "Yes, i love to see flowers, and does this place have roses?, luis asked. "Yes, luis this place does have roses" sheridan said with a smile on her face. "Great and stay here, i will be right back, ok, luis said. "luis were are you going?, sheridan said with a sad look on her face. Luis went looking for someone that was selling roses and he wanted to surprise sheridan with one and he found someone that was selling them and he brought 2 light pink one. "sheridan, i'm back and i have something for you, luis said as he is handing her the 2 roses. "luis, these are beautiful but you didn't have to buy them for me, sheridan said. "i wanted you to have them, luis said. sheridan gives luis a hug and they walked out of the garden hand-n-hand.
Sheridan took luis to a little cafe called: the Cafe De Chinitas. It had live music and tonight was tango night. Sheridan knew already about the tango competition and she had enter her and luis in it and she was hoping that luis could tango. "luis, i have one question to aske you", sheridan asked. "what is that sheridan and if you are going to ask me if i know how to tango, then the answer is yes, i know how to tango, sheridan, said luis". They watched other couples dance the tango and finally it was their turn. They never did the tango together but some how the chemistry that they have already. They won first place and a weekend getway at a luxury spa.
Chapter 6
Sheridan and Luis arrived at the spa and already there was trouble. When the cafe called and book the suite. it had one bed. They thought Sheridan and Luis were a couple.
"Luis, what are we going to do about this?", Sheridan asked. "I'm not sure what we are going to do about this, let see the room and see what we can do about the sleeping arrangements", Luis said. "That a great idea", Sheridan said. "Lets go and see what the room look likes," Luis said.
They see the room and it only has one bed. "What are we going to do now", Sheridan said. "I'm not sure if you are ready for this but we can sleep in the same bed and i promise to touch you and one more thing, i don't bit", Luis said. "You are right, Luis , I'm not ready for us to sleep together but we can share the bed, and i promise not to bit you either", Sheridan said. "Now that we have that settled, let see what this place has to offer us", Luis said.
"Luis, the spa has so much to choose from, here is what we can do: get a massage, a mud bath, steam rooms and a sauna", Sheridan said. "what do you want to do first Sheridan, i up for anything you want to do", Luis said. "After the stress over the sleeping arrangements, i think we both could use a massage", Sheridan said. "I think you are right, I'm so stressed but it worth it", Luis said with a smile on his face that didn't get unnoticed by Sheridan.
Sheridan and Luis head off to get their massages and anything else they want do to them at the spa. They are going to have fun and see what happens in the relationship. Luis is wondering if they could have a relationship because he was leaving Madrid in a few weeks and he didn't want to fall in love with someone but it was to late. Luis is falling in love with Sheridan from the first time he saw her on the elevator. It was just like his dream, love at first site and that what was afraid of. Luis was thinking about this while he getting his massage.
Sheridan was thinking the same thing about Luis. she didn't want to fall in love with him, knowing he is leaving in a few weeks but it was to late, she was already in love with him. Sheridan want to tell Luis how she was feeling but she was scared to death, she didn't want him to go to harmony. Sheridan wanted Luis to stay with her here in Madrid. Sheridan was dreaming this while she was getting her massage.
Neither one of them had any idea what was going to happen at the spa but they decided if anything is going to happen, nature will let it happen.
Chapter 7
Sheridan and Luis are back in the room and getting ready for dinner. Luis kept looking at Sheridan, "man she is so beautiful and i can't believe i might have found the woman of my dreams, Luis said to himself"
Sheridan was in the bathroom getting ready and dreaming "i have found the man of my dreams and i will tell him tonight that I'm falling in love with him," Sheridan said to her self.
Sheridan and Luis are the restaurant eating dinner but they are busy staring at each other to notice the waiter. "excuse, would you like to order dinner, said the waiter.
After dinner, Sheridan hears slow music playing and she realizes it was the song from the tango at the cafe but it is slow music. Luis notices the song too and he asks her to dance. They head out to the dance floor. Sheridan put her arms around luis' neck and he put his arms around her wrist. It was like they were made for each other. They started dancing slowly and their faces were so close that Sheridan could feel Luis warm breath on her face. It was make her thinking of kissing him with all the passions inside her. "Sheridan, would you mind if i kissed you?, Luis asked very nervously. "Actually i hoping you would kiss me tonight, Sheridan said". They kissed like they were going to die tomorrow, they kissed with some passions that they left-ed the dining room went back to the room.
Chapter 8
Sheridan and Luis are walking back to the room, they are holding hands and stealing kisses. Once they get back to the room, Sheridan grabs Luis and starts kissing him passionately. One thing then to another and Luis gently pushes Sheridan to the bed, and he is taking off Sheridan dress and Sheridan is undressing Luis. They make love all night. "Sheridan, I love Sheridan, I love you but I want you to know that I'm not staying here in Madrid", Luis said. "I love you too Luis but I was hoping you would stay with me here in Madrid", Sheridan said. "My family and my job are waiting for me in Harmony", Luis said. "Luis, you can work here in Madrid, please stay with me forever", Sheridan said as she was beginning to cry.
They leave in the morning and head back to the hotel and after they get there Luis has a message from Sam, his boss at the police station. "Sheridan, I have to take the first plane out in the morning", Luis said. "But I thought you were here a few weeks, not a 5 days", Sheridan said trying to hid her tears. "I�m needed back at the police station and I'm really sorry, I want to stay but I can�t "FINE, I JUST TOLD YOU THAT I�M FALLING IN LOVE WITH YOU AND YOU ARE LEAVING ME ALREADY, WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH ME", Sheridan said. "There is nothing wrong with you and way don�t you come back to Harmony with me?", Luis asked. "I have my reasons and I'm not ready to tell anyone yet and I hope you understand", Sheridan said. "I understand and I hope I can call you after I get back home", Luis said. "I don�t think that I good idea, I mean you can call me and let me know that you got home ok but not after that", Sheridan said. "I want to talk to you more then once Sheridan, I love you, Luis said. "I love you too Luis but I think it will be to hard on us both, I mean you are in Harmony and I'm in here, it will never work out", Sheridan said. "I want to talk to you more then once Sheridan, I love you, Luis said. "I love you too Luis but I think it will be to hard on us both, I mean you are in Harmony and I'm in here, it will never work out", Sheridan said.
They made love one more time before Luis lefted for the airport. Sheridan didn�t go with him, she thought it would be to hard, she loved him so much and she didn�t want him to go. "Luis, please stay for me," Sheridan yelled at the cab as it was pulling away and Luis was looking out the window at the beautiful woman that took his heart.
Chapter 9
Luis is thinking about Sheridan and how much she means to him. But he can�t forget his family in Harmony waiting for him. He doesn�t want to leave Madrid, he wants to stay with Sheridan but he is torn between the two places. One place where he has his job and family and the other place, he has his true love and he just broke her heart. Luis has a thinking to do and now he has to decide where he wants to live.
�Sheridan, I wanted to call you and let you know that I'm home and I have been thinking about my life�, Luis said. �I'm glad you are home safe too Luis and what have you been thinking about?�, Sheridan said. Sheridan found out that she is pregnant with Luis� child. �Well I'm going to work hard, so I can come back to Madrid if you will have me still�? Luis asked. �I don�t think that a good idea Luis, your family and job are in Harmony�, Sheridan said but what she wanted to say was, Luis you can come back to me anytime, my arms are opened for you but she didn�t. �I can call you Sheridan�? Luis asked. �No you can�t call me, you broke my heart when you went back home and I don�t want anything to do with you�, Sheridan said as she was crying softly. She was hurting so much and if she told Luis, she was pregnant with his child, he would be on the next plane here.
9 months later...(I know if fast but still)
Luis didn�t leave Sheridan alone after he got home. He would call her everyday but she would never take his calls. She was still at the same hotel. �Luis, honey I should tell you that I'm carrying your child but I want you to love me for whom I'm is and not for the baby,� Sheridan said to herself. Luis was having this feeling that Sheridan needed him but he didn�t now why. The only thing Luis could do was to get on the next plane to Madrid. Sheridan was now almost ready to delivery the baby.
�Luis I need you and I can�t find you, help me Luis�, Sheridan yelled out in pain. �Sheridan, I'm here for you and why didn�t you tell me?�, lus said. �I�m so sorry that I didn�t tell you but the reason why I didn�t tell is because I wanted you to love me for me and not because I was carrying your baby�, Sheridan said. �Sheridan, did I tell you before that I loved you and there was no baby�, Luis said? �I know you said that Luis but I wasn�t sure if you meet someone when you went back home�, Sheridan said. �I haven�t been with anyone since I was with you here, I love Sheridan and I wanted to tell you many times that I'm coming here to be with you�, Luis said. �Luis are you sure you want to move away from your family and job?�, Sheridan asked him. �The way I see it Sheridan, by looking your belly, you and the baby are my family now and this is were I want to be, if you still want me?� Luis said. �I still want you Luis more then you will ever know but I have one problem�, Sheridan said. �What problem is that Sheridan, Luis asked? �How can I put this nicely, I�M IN LABOR AND THE NEAREST HOSPITAL IS 45 MINUTES AWAY.
Chapter 10
Luis and Sheridan were talking about how to get to the hospital in time. �Luis, I'm glad you found me before I had the baby, I'm so scare, Sheridan said�. �You are going to be fine, Sheridan, Luis said�. �Luis, I'm having problems breathing, Sheridan said�. �You are ok? Luis asked �. �No, I'm not ok...I need help from the hospital, Sheridan said�. �Sheridan, I have called the fire department and they should be here soon, Luis said�. �That good, I need them now, I can�t breath...
Chapter 11
Luis was getting worries when Sheridan told him that she couldn�t breathe anymore. �WHERE IS THE HELL IS THE HELP? Luis yelled. He was getting mad that the fire department wasn�t here yet. �Sheridan, you have to talk to me, Luis yelled. �Luis, help me, please, I need you, I love you, Sheridan said�. �I love you to Sheridan and I want us to get married, Luis said. �Are you sure you want to marry me? Sheridan asked. �Yes I want you and the baby to be with me forever, Luis said�. �Luis , I want to marry you to but I'm not leaving Madrid, this that a problem? Sheridan asked. �At all Sheridan, you see when I lifted Harmony, I put in my notice and I told my mama that I was moving to Madrid, so I can be with the beautiful woman that stole my heart from the first time I saw her, and Sheridan dear, you are that person, you stole my heart on the elevator at the hotel, Luis said�. �Luis , I'm so happy that you are staying here with the baby and me and you stole my heart too, Sheridan said�. �Sir, do you still need help? Said the police offer. �Yes we do sir, my girlfriend has gone into labor and she is getting ready to have the baby now, so can you help us get to the hospital, Luis asked. �You bet sir, I can help you and the little lady, said the cop.�.
Chapter 12
Luis and Sheridan want to announce the birth of their little angel, McKenzie Kathryn Lopez-Fitzgerald. The little angel weighs 6 lbs. 2 oz. and 21 inches long. She looks like her mother, blue eyes and blonde hair.Luis and Sheridan married a month after the baby was born. They still live in Madrid and still much in love.
