al Harberger" impact analysis approach is applied in the dissertation to
a farm land rent control policy insitituted1948 in Taiwan. The impact is
examined using the "a la Diewert" cost functions representing Taiwan four-sector
five-factor agriculture and non-agriculture production economy.)
