I am undefeated today! I played like 5 or 6 games and beat everyone. No one is real competition except like Dad or Dave. Actually i only won cause everybody kept sinking the eight ball on accident :P
Alright we returned the movies (Scary Movie turned out to be REALLY not worth the watching so we watched Reign of Fire, which was a nice family movie:P) and now we're at the Pier!
1:46 pm
At the Pier were lots of stingrays, there were about 2 at least that you could see at any given time, sometimes 6, and they always swam in formation, like in a V or a delta, or in circles playing tag, and sometimes in random-seeming patterns, with subtle orderedness, indiscernable to the human eye. So, um, now i think we're going to the Diamond Shoals, that incredible and dangerous part where currents collide and rip tides and shipwrecks dwell in hiding. Beware! Abandon hope all ye who enter here!

We've got Dad's audiobook "Two Towers" in the van stereo. "They're gone, the Halflings.. the Orcs have taken them.." "No! You have conquered. You have gained such a victory, be at peace." The Diamond Shoals were fun; there were people fishing all along the beach! Twice we saw some guys catch stingrays. The waves at the tip were mad monkey confused; they came from every direction, it was freaking me out, man.
Also today we got ice cream; i got cookie dough, so did Keith and Dad, and Vicki got Butterfinger. "It was really good" she says. That's cause there wasn't actually any coffee ice cream being sold.
"ah, the green smell! It is better than much sleep."
We also did go-carts, others of us did mini-golf, and Tom and I played a game of Checkers. The rogue beat me, grr... We're in the car now, of course. Tom's got some Flogging Molly piped thru his headphones; Dave's driving (no comment there) and we're listening to "Two Towers" presently.
"Would that the Lady had given us a light!"

Hmm. The Cartoon Network "Samurai X" series, "Rurouni Kenshin" leaves something to be desired. I think they oughtta quit screwing around all the time dubbing the shows into English cause the actors fail miserably; no emotion, no natural-sounding speech patterns, no nothin. It's almost like listening to the computer read "Pride and Prejudice" to me. It's kinda novel but the novelty wears off and gets annoying. Plus, i dunno, i think whatever i saw in Anime Club, i think it was the Samurai X movie, it's just a billion times better than these nickelodeon quality series shows. I just can't watch that upstairs, it's nearly as painful as Pokemon and not even as colorful and interesting. :D I Think they tone down the quality whenever they release shows onto Cartoon Network. I dunno what they do. It's half the reason i don't watch TV almost ever.

Aaa. Cool Minty Fresh BD! Well tonite i made this salad, and everyone was all impressed with how professionally i chopped the salad, and stuff :P Well, i gotta say, anything i learned about chopping veggies, i learned from watching Josh Birdsall going at it. The dude looks like he can make a wicked salad, and i don't use 'wicked' loosely here. I think he preps the salad bar at Lane, in fact. Probly also from watching the pizza shop people gut and cut peppers. I'm no fabulous chef, i'm not sure what they're talking about, but if something shows, then, eh. *shrug*
Well, we had chicken as well, and mashed potatoes, and peas and carrots, for dinner. After that, we watched Dumb and Dumber, and i thought there was talk of going to see Dumb and Dumberer tomorrow. Maybe not, i wasn't paying attention. I dunno if i'd pay eight bucks to see it; maybe i would, depends who with, i guess. There are movies i'd want to use that time to see, if i had to spend the time on a movie.
