We're here! The ride down was great, we stopped + got Hebrew National ddogs, played football, scooted around Koreatown, and ate at this awesome noodle-soup place.

We went round and introduced ourselves to one another, so the Gordon group and the North Carolina group and the Virginia group could meet each other, using a 6-question way of describing ourselves: our name, our age, where we're from, what we're studying in school, why we're here, and what we want God to do in our hearts this week. We expressed as a whole, the desire to be broken, stretched, to an unknown place where in our hunger and thirst, we live out the life of Christ for the people we're gonna be dealing with, so they would be able to see it for themselves.

This guy's son Josiah lost a friend to a car accident he was in. His CAT-scan revealed a pre-existing tumor.

Due to lots of rainy weather, the Bowrey mission will accept us for morning work tomorrow. Later that afternoon we'll still work with the homeless in the park. Dave will get very little time with us, until Thursday during the Korean BBQ. He'll be down with the doctors + his son.

Dude, today so totally r0x0r. in between and on top of all that, that i mentioned, was a united bunch of believers. I mean we were united in prayer, united in worship (in the morning we stopped to catch the Vineyard service across the river from Cambridge), united in giving, united in all that good stuff. Dude.

We get up soon tomorrow. We're all in these bunks, showered, eager and expecting. And every so often i look over at my brothers here, quietly settling down for the night, and i just get the jibblies, i mean these guys here, God's gonna use to change people. We're His agents here. I mean that's out-there stuff. And God's always using people, but then there are the people who give themselves - ourselves - specifically over to that purpose, and wow i dunno how to put it in more words so i'll just stop... and oh boy someone just mooned someone
