Thursday there wasn't a whole lot of things to do, just sort of mosey around and look at stuff that's due after the break, oh, and i saw The Passion of the Christ, with Grant and Nathan, and went out to Beverly for Thai afterwards. The movie - wow it rocked something. I don't believe i've ever seen the death of Christ so bloodily portrayed.
This was the day after i didn't go to sleep, i stayed up all night. It was sorta boring that night cause there wasn't a WHOLE lot to do. But i could get away with it cause i could always make that sleep up at other times.
But Friday (yesterday) was when Jackie came down from Maine to see me! Jackie writes in this journal. Oh man, i drank like 2 pints of milk, and then biked out real fast to catch her at the gate, and for the next... like 2 hours... i was sick as a dog, ready to really throw up, but it was fun; she came down with her friend Carly, and i kept introducing them to random friends of mine :-P And we hung out on the sunny side of Lane for a few hours, like 3, and it was so fun, dude. It was like old times; but then again it wasn't of course! We've known each other for my personal record of seven years. Well i mean, i knew my family longer. But seriously. Then the 3 of us sort of scooted off around the whole campus, and i gave them a sort of tour, of everything that there was on the way toward Drew (the Mac Lab, Claymore, we didn't go in Jenks, that's not exciting)
Then it was fun; we came in my room and tons of them were watching the end of Vin Diesel's XXX. It kind of made me not want to watch the whole thing. Kind of the way Batman and Robin made me not want to watch it again. Or something. Oh and there was so much reminiscence - totally we got the Nerd script out and had a great time with that.. :) Then she went home... back to life! For a time there, our worlds sorta merged.
Then i went to work yesterday... and served like 12 people that whole time... it was fun though, Alissa showed us her sketchbook... good stuff...
Today, the third in a series of bland cloudy days, we started packing as a hall for the trip. We fetched the shoes from Emery, put toegether care packages (i am writing this during downtime when they're running all the boxes out to the van.) Tomorrow at 8:30 am we are leaving, to go to church down in Boston, and to be down in Queens at the dude's headquarters by 6pm sharp. Right now we're sorta gonna leave soon to go to Hodgkin's house, where his mum made us all dinner. Then there's this kid Seolgi, who lives in Bromley, who's sorta going on the trip with us as a leader-ish type guy, cause he knows the dude down in Queens, and he knows New York.
So that is the story. When i get back i will put TONS here, i expect. I will be writing an account on paper, to transfer to this journal.
Love you all, many blessings.
