A FEW FORMER BAND RATS
AND SOME OTHER FRIENDS TOO
THE RATS
**T.J. - A grad of '01 - a Tenor Sax.  Always up for a laugh (although not always at the most appropriate time) and always keeps me smiling.  Plays a great tenor sax, and is definitely a friend who will be missed.
**Steve - A grad of '99 - a Clarinet, and a former D.M.  A friend who is too far away.
**Amanda - A grad of '99 - a French horn/Trumpet/Piano, and a former D.M.
**David - A grad of '00 - a Trombone, and  a former D.M.  He is Fernando Hernandez our Spanish Conquistador from Southern Spain, who conquered Northern Peru.
**Laurie (Queen Laurie) - A grad of '01 - a flute, and a former D.M.  My mortal enemy (well not any more) and the  one person to help me keep my sanity when the "Mario Brothers" just don't make sense.
**Margaret (B-27) - A grad of '02 - What can I say? - She  still always manages to challenge my way of thinking and reasoning, giving me a whole new perspective on some of the basics of life.  A good friend, an awesome clarinet and alto sax player, and a GREAT section leader - Kudus to you.
**Asa - A grad of '02 - A tenor player that can make Zac be quiet. He gets my respect.
**Devon - A grad of '00 - a Clarinet/Piano, and a former D.M.  A funny person who is as betarded as David. (Stop it. . . .asking questions.)
**Steve - A grad of '01 - a Trombone.  A real character, everybody's best friend.
**John - A grad of '02 - A fellow trumpet and friend since fourth grade.  One of the lesser evils of our section.   A good listener and a great section leader.  Can't wait for the road trip.
**Greg - A grad of '01 - a Percussionist.  An overall nice guy who just likes to have fun.
**Erin - A grad of '00 - a Flute/Piccolo.  A good friend who made me laugh, and made me promise to watch "A Bug's Life".
**Korey - A grad of '01 - a Trumpet.  A great guy who always made me laugh when he danced during Jazz band.
**Darryl - A grad of '02 - A real nice percussionist.  I wish they were all as polite.
**Thomas - A grad of '02 - Our pit player from Hamburg.  Should have stayed in St. Louis in my opinion.  Silly Grrman.
**Andre - A grad of '00 - a Trumpet player who was never afraid to give his opinion.
**Mark - A grad of '01 - a Percussionist.  Always ready to help out and have a good time too.  Is this thing on?
**John - A grad of '99 - a Trombone, and a good guy.  Still visits us rats sometimes.
**Katie - A grad of '99 - a Clarinet, and the sweetest person you'll meet.  (just don't call her Martha Stewart.  She hates that.)
**Hilarie - A grad of '00 - a Trumpet, and my bestest companion in the trumpet section.  Is missed sorely by this minority of the section.  I'm still her trained Freshman at heart.
**Rob - A grad of '02 - a Baritone, and the originator of the McNorth band site.  Even though he left us for dirty Mehlville, he still deserves to be a rat.
**Kristen - (Hiawatha Pocahantas Houchie Bouchie Etc. Etc. .) - A grad of '02 - Finally a rat, congrats. A member of the pit and a Pianist and Bassist in jazz.  Still an Orch Crick though.
**Kartez - A grad of '01 - a Trumpet.  He always made things interesting.
**Jocelyn - A grad of '00 - a Flute/Piano.  A friend who I knew and didn't even know.
**Becky - A grad of '00 - a Clarinet who never thought I was crazy, because she knew April before she met me. Heh heh.  Still visists ever so often.
**Curtis - A grad of '01 - a Percussionist. He liked to have a good time all the time.
**Zac - A grad of '02 - He's actually not a band rat, he's actually a band weasel/ferret/mongoose. (He doesn't like rats.) A traitor to his section but only halfway since he still marches pregame.  A trumpet and a bass guitar.
**Neal - A grad of '02 - A Football playing, wrestling Tenor player.  Little do you know he used to play flute.
**Grant - A grad of '02 - One heck of a French horn/Mellophone  and geetar player.  He belts it out on the field.
**Emily - A grad of '00 - a Flute/Piccolo who let me pretend I was 5.  I didn't really have to do much pretending usually.
**Amber - A grad of '02 - The best flute playing  cheerleader ever. Ammmmmber!
**Tracey - A grad of '99 - a Flute/Piccolo who is my role model for fundraising.  Heh heh.  She put up with me even though I was just a "little freshman".
**Matt - A grad of '00 - a Trumpet.  A good player who liked to prove it.
**Bailie - A grad of  '02 - a clarinet to add to the confusion.  Where will it all stop?  "Bailie your Dad's here."
**Matt - A grad of '01 - a Alto Sax.  A good friend who always showed me a different way of looking at things.  Too bad he has cooties.
**Jeff  - A grad of '01 - a Trumpet.  I've known Jeff forever, and he's a true friend. (Even if he does scare me sometimes) A great trumpet, and some tough competition.
**Jennifer (Rachel) - A grad of '01 - an Alto/Soprano Sax.  Ah, now here's someone who encourages me to go through with some of my stranger ideas.  A great friend and someone I truly consider to be an equal when it comes to crazy schemes.  (luckily they're usually schemes that I'll go along with - our late night excursions)
**Justin - A grad of '99 - a Trumpet who sets the standard for trumpet players everywhere.  If anyone could come up with a distraction for EVERYONE, he could.
**Ashley - Agrad of '02 - A flute, a real trooper and a great friend and confidence booster.  A true asset to the band and flute section as a section leader.
**Brock - A grad of '01 - a Trombone.  In order to describe Brock, well. . .I can't.  Brock is a nice guy with a personality like none I've ever seen before.  A true original.
**Josh - A grad of '02 - A fun friend, although sometimes maybe too much info from this trombone player.
**David -A grad of '01 - a Trombone.  My ninja thug.  A "bum not bum", good friend, listener, and person all around.
SOME "OTHER" FRIENDS
Ya know, the ones that don't nearly qualify as official rats and aren't quite fleas, although it comes out that a lot of 'em are orchestra cricks and choir (fill in blank).
**Mike (Monkey boy) 04 - What can I say, he can do the monkey face perfectly.  A good percussonist, and a fun person to take to Applebee's, or anywhere for that matter. (As long as they don't play "Shout" in Jennifer's car.)
**Sarah - An orchestra crick, but not at good ol' McNorth.  Although she goes to R.K., we keep in touch.  (I mean, she does live right across the street even if I didn't know that until third grade.)
**Bixby - Although it's not fair that he's on here before some other people are, I'm making and exception, so he won't whine about not being on the front page anymore.  A punk and a choir (fill in blank).  A common combination.
**Sarah - An orchestra crick, who keeps me company in the misery of first hour Western Civ. - Heh, I think that's punishment enough for anyone.  A good friend.
**Katey - A friend who has moved on to I.W. but still pops up from time to time.  (I think it's because she misses me so much.)  It wouldn't be a real party without her.  Anyone up for a round of pudgy bunnies?
**Rob - A Band Rat, a baritone player, who unfortunately had to leave us to go to Mehlville.  He still comes to visit us and participate in our festivities.  (The Lock-in, Paintball, you know.)  We miss ya Rob!
**Leah - An orchestra cricket (I suppose she might be their "ultimate"), whom puts up with me as best she can.  One of my best friends since 2nd grade.  - Heh, imagine that.
**April - A friend I made due to the good graces of Becky.  (I'm not sure why she introduced us though, we're pretty deadly to her when together - Putt-putt anyone?)  A blast to hang out with and the inspirational force to this site.
Check her site out.
**Bronwyn - My singing, flute buddy with more energy than I'll ever have.  A real character on and off the stage.
**Tim - LOUD - do I really have to say much more? - Although it is a shame that he moved.  We all miss him to some extent. Ha ha.
**Kelly - Meow meow kitty meow meow.  Kitty in a well.  My good buddy who also helped me drive Becky up the wall.
**Patrick (Patsy, Grand Master Pat) - A fun guy.  A tenor player who I think would rather play piano. He has a really nice guitar too.  A shame he's moving, still a true rat in my heart.  We'll miss you, Patsy.
