Every time I drive down the road I see some dumbass in his/her SUV with one of those retarded "Power of Pride" stickers slapped on the back somewhere. What does it really mean?

Pride, power, patriotism - it all represents the same thing: xenophobia. Xenophobia is defined as a fear of strangers, foreigners, and the unknown. Its also the method used by the president to gain our support and control us. He says the world is full of enemies and they're all out to get us. Its true there are SOME people out there that hate the U.S., but not nearly as many as we're made to believe. There have been terrorists long before the president ever took office, how come CNN didn't have reports dealing with terrorist every five minutes back then?

The reason for CNN is simple: news is no longer really news. Its all about ratings, they show only what people want to see. They are also biased in which ever way will give them more ratings (ratings = money). Its greed pure and simple. I, for one, can't stand watching that crap anymore but apparently theres alot of people who crave that bullshit otherwise CNN would change their shit in order to meet the next big news trend.

CNN does serve a purpose though, believe it or not. It shows what people want to see, this means that you can tell alot about the people who watch that crap. You can make your own deductions but I think we are a country obsessed with terrorists because we are a bunch of gullible jack asses that will believe anything the president (or media) says. Its a very well know fact the politicians lie. Don't trust them. Also, if you have one of those bumper stickers, take it off. Same with those yellow ribbons. Having a yellow ribbon on your car supporting our troops doesn't mean a damn thing to the troops. That I know for a fact because I was one of those troops in Iraq. If you really want to help out the troops send them junk food and porn.
