- HK Race Walking Competition 2009 - Race 1
2009年度香港競走賽 - 賽事一於昨天圓滿結束，不少會友都順利在新落成的將軍澳運動場完成比賽。
雖然今天天氣局熱，空氣質素又差，但無損會友的鬥志，除了主項5k及青少年3k，各組接力賽均戰況激烈，氣氛熾熱。
相信是次賽事能激起你們的訓練動力，為下次比賽定下目標，繼續努力不懈地練習，造出好成績！
HK RW Competition 2009 - Race 1 was completed successfully yesterday. Many members had wonderful performance at the new Tseung Kwan O Sports Ground.
Besides the main 5k and 3k for juniors, the relay races were super exciting! Let's keep training and do our best in the next race~

- GOMA Cup 2009
GOMA盃已於5月3日成功舉行，首次加插的接力賽戰況激烈，加油之聲不絕！特此鳴謝張sir大力支持，以及中興體育用品公司贊助禮券。
GOMA Cup was held with great success on 5/3. The Relay Race was ultimately exciting! We would like to express special thanks to Cheung Sir for his grand support, as well as coupon sponsorships from Chung Hing Sports Company.

今屆盛事已於4月19日圓滿結束，很多會員參加比賽而且收穫豐富，恭喜晒！

- 08/09年度第2次計時賽
08/09年度第2次計時賽已於3月21日圓滿結束。當日參賽者踴躍，不論3k、5k或10k均參賽者眾，盛況空前！
在此多謝各位積極參與，特別鳴謝義務工作人員不辭勞苦為大家服務，讓大家享受這次比賽。
08/09 Time Trial was completed successfully on 3/21! There were many participants in all categories.
We would like to thank all walkers and especially volunteers who worked hard in the event. Everyone enjoyed this TT very much.
