The website has been updated for the 2002-2003 season. Good luck to everyone at the first meet on October 2nd (this Wednesday!)
June 2002
Hope everyone is having a good summer. Looks like we're going to have a good team next year, I hope everyone who is staying in Sanford will stay with the team! Don't lose your clipboards! :)
April 2002
Great job everybody at the state meet! I hope everyone had a great time! I can't believe the season is all done. The shirts looked awesome! Results will be posted soon on the state meet page.
Unfortunately, the results from meets 2, 4, and 5 were not reported to the Pi-Cone website and will not affect your individual standings or the overall school standings. Our total team score up to meet 4 was 526, though the website only has 228 points recorded. With our score of 526, Sanford A was ranked 22nd of the 54 teams competing, though the website has us ranked much lower. Just make sure that when you check your individual standings that you know that scores from three meets are missing. You can get your real score for the year from the members page.
Math pick-up lines
I wish I were an integral so I could be the area beneath your curves.
I wish I were a derivative so I could lie tangent to your curves.
(My suggestion? Don't use these on anybody you're seriously interested in...)
For your reading pleasure (and beacuse I know you all just can't get enough math!), here are the projects I did for Honors Pre-Calculus my junior year! (all are in .doc format) Enjoy!
