Dear Art Club Members:

I would like to thank all of you for a fantastic year! Mrs. Ferguson and Mrs. Copfer tell me that there was an increase in attendence of club meetings, even into the busy spring season! I'm glad you all enjoyed our activities enough to come throughout the year, and I hope you all plan on joining again next year. That is, other than our recent graduates, of course, to whom I'd like to say "Congratulations!" Good luck in college and whatever else your future holds.

Yes, some of you may recall that I was among the ranks to bid a fond farewell to Sycamore in this year's June 3rd graduation ceremony. So it has also come time for me to say good-bye to the Art Club. I loved serving as your president this year, and I hope that you all found something to appreciate about art! I hope that the club continues to grow in size, as well as notability within the school and community. It would also be great if you all were interested in continuing our movement towards volunteering opportunitys, such as our work with Brookwood Retirement Community this past year.

Everyone, have a fantastic school year wherever you may be attending! And may art somehow enter your life in the future! Good-bye and Good Luck!

Your former president,
Marissa Lin, Sycamore Alumni, Class of 2001
