Required Information to reserve a booth:

Please complete Registration Form 

and mail to Andy Fowler

1.  Your first and last name

2.  Name of your company if different from your name

3.  List of items you will be selling (this helps us to try to separate people selling similar items)

4.  Will you need electricity, a window, an extra table?

5.  A priority list of location you would like.  Location of booths will be decided based on electricity needs and first come first serve.

6.  You can email this information to Andy Fowler, but your place on the list will be determined by the date your money is received.
