Buhl Day Report. The weather was perfect at Buhl Park on Monday, September 5, and those attending the 2005 Buhl Day informal SHS '58 reunion at the Casino included Carol (Erb) Missik, Rose (Garcia) Thomas; Judy (Klein) Valdine; Peggy (Loesel) Hines, Carl Moses, Bob Spondike, and Jim Winger.
Overheard at Deneen's....
The Class of '58 "girls" meet for breakfast at 9:00 A.M. the second Monday every month at Denny's Restaurant, 2079 East State Street, Hermitage (724-347-3123.) Did you hear the news? Californians Judith (Shaffer) Mausser and Gary Cooper are engaged! He surprised her with a diamond on Christmas morning. They haven't set a date yet, though.
Congratulations to Sharon (Bohm) Levy and husband Marvin, who just celebrated 45 years of marriage and are retired and living in Pompano Beach, Florida. They have 8 grandchildren! Sharon says: �The only good thing about turning 65 is going on Medicare. Remember when we were excited to turn 16 and 21?�
Happy anniversary to Dean Skinner and wife Georgia (the former Georgia Chisholm of West Middlesex, Class of '59, who attended Sharon schools thru 5th grade) on their 43rd anniversary early this month. They retired and built a house near the west coast of Florida, about 70 miles north of Tampa. According to Dean, there's no beach but lots of wildlife, thoroughbred horses, and little traffic. Their address is 5799 North Oakmont Drive, Beverly Hills, FL 34465-2308, telephone 352-746-6789. They still have a cabin on a lake in upstate New York near Syracuse, where they spend the summer.

Congratulations to Jack Reese! He retired from ACT, the testing company, on July 31, 2004. He and wife Jan, a native Oklahoman, now live near her family, at 10108 South 86th East Place, Tulsa, OK 74133-6970, telephone 918-369-9710. Although retired, he�s now working, on a slightly more than part-time basis, for KeyTrain, an educational software company.
