Classmate John Weller attended school in Sharon until our junior year, when he left to work at Westinghouse. He married Mary Ann Fay, Class of '59, in 1960. They lived in the Sharon area until Westinghouse closed in 1982, then moved to Cape Coral, Florida, and started a lawn maintenance business, which John still runs today. They have two sons and one granddaughter. Their address is:

| On Tuesday, January 18, 2000, after two months of public debate, the Board of Directors of the Sharon School District voted unanimously to rename the Educational Service Center, 215 Forker Blvd., the Donald A. Bennett Educational Service Center. The Rev. Lora Adams-King, Board president, read a letter of apology which was sent to Bennett. She said the letter was read with Bennett�s permission. The letter said the Board did not intend to turn the matter into public debate and that Bennett is an esteemed member of the Sharon School District�s educational family. |  |

E-mail Address Changes. According to the January 28, 2000, edition of The Kiplinger Letter, 38% of Americans have on-line access. If applied to our class list, that would mean 89 of us should be on-line. Given the number of "work" e-mail addresses on our class list, there should be more with access at home. If you know of a classmate who has e-mail but whose address is not included on our class list, please let Jim Ingram know so we can add the address to our class list.
