| The Evoulution Starter Decks are the American response to the Hapanese Structure Deck. ED Yugi and ED Kaiba are the first to be released, Yugi to feature the Black Luster Solder, and Kaiba is to feature the Kiser Seahorse. They are slated for release in March, around the 15th, and further details are sketchy. |
