Beautiful life-like portraits painted from your own colour photographs.  Specialising for many years in equine, canine, and feline subjects, David paints in watercolour monochrome and although the work is of a very high standard, prices are kept low to accommodate a wide cross section of animal lovers. Whether champions, cross-breeds, or 'heinz' variety pets, David is equally happy painting them.  Working from photographs, the artist finds distance no problem and although based in Tasmania, Australia, most commission work is arranged via post. Portraits from suitable photographs are completed in about two weeks and, upon receipt of payment, are forwarded to you by registered mail.  Special orders for birthdays and other occasions can usually be accommodated at short notice although orders for Christmas should be placed early.
