The MOMS Club is involved in a number of community service projects throughout the year. These have included: Valentine's for Vets: Our children helped make 75 Valentine's Day cards for the VA Hospital to be handed out on Valentine's Day. St. Vincent de Paul Family Adoption: By working with St. Vincent de Paul, an organization that helps the needy, we adopted a family for Christmas. Book Drive: We organized a book drive to collect new or gently used books. The books are donated to Providence House, a local charitable organization which helps the less fortunate with housing, food, childcare, education, and employment. |
