MOMS Club Visitors: You are invited to attend 2 of the activities on the calendar (not taking place at someones home) before deciding whether you would like to join. Dues are $20 per year. Please let one of our officers know if you would like to become a member. Monthly Business Meeting: We meet the first Monday of each month. We make announcements, vote, and handle all other business at this time. Generalized playgroups: This is a playgroup for all ages. Members volunteer to host them at their home, park, or other public place. Times vary. Lunch Bunch: We meet at kid friendly eateries (with children of course) for lunch and conversation. MOMS Night Out: Once a month we meet for dinner, movie, or some other fun outing. Field Trips: We take field trips to various child-friendly destinations in the area. Early Supper & Play: This is for Moms who want some company later in the day, at a place where the kids can play. Kiddie Crafts: We get together for easy child-friendly crafts Precious Memories: This group is for MOMS who love to scrapbook. Please come to share ideas and be inspired! Coffee Time: A great activity for moms with immobile infants or with children in Moms Day Out. But, of course, all moms and children are welcome. Story Time: We meet at local neighborhood libraries for their story time and craft. Sunshine Group: This is a group that offers assistance to moms who have just had a new baby, or who have a family crisis such as illness or hardship. This assistance comes in the form of ready-made meals, contributed and delivered by individual MOMS Club members, or errand-running, grocery shopping, cleaning, baby-sitting, etc. **If you have an idea for a new group, let a board member know. There may be someone else who shares your interest. |
