What started as a ROT IN PIECES side project in 2001 slowly dis-evolved into bands such as TRIOXIN 245 in 2004 (Ottawa D-beat punk),
THE TONY BERMUDA MASSACRE in 2005 (Walrus Metal Omega) and finnaly GRINDYOURMIND in 2006 (Catastrofic Goregrind).
2006 also marks the year of the last SICK SAD WORLD recordings...

Ce qui a commenc� comme un side project de ROT IN PIECES en 2001,
a lentement d�s�volu� en d'autres projets comme
TRIOXIN 245 en 2004 (D-Beat Punk d'Ottawa), THE TONY BERMUDA MASSACRE en 2005 (du Morse Metal de la fin du monde) et finallement GRINDYOURMIND en 2006 (Goregrind catastrophique). 2006 marque aussi l'ann�e des derniers enregistrements de SICK SAD WORLD...
