We have decided to use the Fellowship Rider Start Up kit and go throught the entire process at the necessary speed to make sure we set up our group correctly.
We plan to have a powerpoint presentation for the church in the future.
We voted to have an annual membership fee of $ 50 and a lifetime membership fee of $ 500. All annual fees will be applied towards a lifetime membership.
We decided that we should have our own affiliate name and we would wait until the next meeting to decide on a name.
