Pair up guests and tie the right leg of one guest to the left leg of their partner. They then have to race the other pairs of matched guests. If room is limited, you can do this one pair at a time and compare time taken.

This can be modified any number of ways by adding a task to accomplish such as run to a table diaper and dress a baby (doll) together and run back or have them balance a "sleeping baby" (hard boiled egg with a sleeping face drawn on it) on a spoon.

Another variation would be to have paired guests half hug each other so that one arm of each guest is behind the other and one guest has left arm free and the other has their right arm free instead of tying their feet together. You then give them a difficult task like diapering and dressing a doll. You can complicate this one by adding either one or two blindfolds.
