Shout For Joy Concierge Services was conceived by Joy (Joyce) Middlestead who took early retirement from the Alberta Government in 2007 after 26 years of service. For the last 18 years, her position with the government was Judicial Assistant in the Red Deer Courthouse. In addition to her professional experience, Joy has many years of personal experience as a single mother, homemaker, pet and plant nurturer, and as a rental property owner/manager. In addition, her hobbies - which include all sorts of computer creativity and photography - qualify her to offer you a wide range of services. Also on call to provide computer formatting and many of our other services is Jo Scheurer, Joy's daughter, who is a computer technician with a diploma in Computer Systems Technology.
