Oh, it's you. I didn't hear you come in. So you wanna know what's going on here? Things are about as interesting as your teeneaged neighbour getting naked infront of the window. What kind of things happened? Plans changed and musical differences branched out into different aspects. Good, bad, terrible, and then we decided to call it a day. It's like a soap opera, only with better looking actors! Things are still good. Shawn is still one of our best friends. As it happens Steve Cable and Brad Pietrzak had previously asked Jeff to play bass for them in a band they were attempting to form. Due to lack of time he said no.
However in June Shawn had made it seem as if there was no more interest. That night Jeff called Brad and Steve to see if they'd like to join. AND SOMEONE SAID YES! OH MY GOD. Who are these guys? The sexiest men of rock, that's who! There are now TWO, yes, two polish guys in the band. TWO! Interesting story actually--BRAD was assembled somewhere in the USSR 5 years before the fall of the Berlin Wall--a wonder of science, he is made up of all the best body parts to be found in the world! This also explains why they gave him a polish last name! Steve 'money-what' Cable isn't a hybrid of all the best parts in the world.
They came to him naturally...from aliens somewhere around the time creatures from Uranus built the pyramids. He's been sitting in a time capsule with his guitar, singing for well over 5000 years. Yes ladies, experiance comes with age and it shows! Call him sometime. Dave continues to bang things...not his drums like he should be doing though, and Jeff, well, let's not get into that, he is taking a psychology major at Laurier.The band played its first show together on July 1, 2003 and has recently turned 5 months old.
Sounds are constantly evolving, we have no boundaries in what we write so we do as we feel.. It's like learning to walk in a different atmosphere. Tiring, confusing, funny and interesting. Practice schedules are different due to 4 different schools in 4 different cities but we are all very deidicated to what we do. Aside from that everyone gets along really well. The new EP will make you more hyperactive than a horny sex-monkey. The world will be a much better place when the recording is finished. Thanks, SHOT FOR SHOT. |
