1) Folic Acid- 90% ladies are anemic. Their hemoglobin doesn’t even reach to 11 because of absence of folic acid in their daily diet.
2) Magnesium- We need 300mg magnesium which is normally available in eggs and banana. If we consider banana, which is widely used, contains 30mg of magnesium. So we need to have 10 bananas every single day, which is not possible.
3) Calcium- Calcium cannot be absorbed alone. So, taking tablets is of no use.
4) Fibre- we need to have 35gm o f fibre. We hardly get 8 to 10gm of fibre. 35 gm of fibre means 4 Palak bunches for 1 person and not 1 bunch for 4.
