Mitsuko Souma

This was another mostly store bought costume. I ordered the shirt and the pleated khaki skirt from a uniform store and found the red tie at Goodwill. The socks were bought from Limebarb and I wore regular shoes. The sickle was a lot of fun to make. I cut a dollrod (I guess that is the name) down to size for the handle and traced and cut out the sickle out of foam board (which is the reason why I have to remake it) and spray painted it silver. The sickle was glued into the rod using silicone glue and pieces of a hanger and then wrapped with electrical tape. I used red acrylic paint for the overuse of blood. My dad made the collar, I sorta helped. ^_^;; The collar had a mind of it's own too.

I really liked doing a Battle Royale cosplay, and Mitsuko is my favorite character so it was a lot of fun cosplaying as her. Next time I do wear the costume, I am going to try and paint the S on the tie and remake the sickle.
