I met John on a blind date through a good friend.  The first time I saw him I knew in my heart that we were going to get married.  We dated for 6 months then got  engaged in October of 98'' and got married on June 5 of 99'.  John is a wonderful man.  He is the greatest!!  He works so hard and he takes care of his family!  He is a great provider. I am so lucky that I have him in my life.  He is the apple of my eye. I love him more than anyone could ever love their mate.  I am so blessed that he is my husband.   I love John more each day that I am with him.  I am so proud to have him as my husband.
John is also a great dad!  He really takes pride and works so hard to support his daughter.  He loves children no matter if it is his biologically or not.   We are in the process of adopting a son from Russia. We have discussed adoption since I was adopted myself.  He said it didn't matter if he made the child or not,  he will always treat that child just like his own.  He loves to spend time with children.  He is just like a kid himself.  That is what makes my husband so adorable.   All you have to do is see him with children then you would know he will make the perfect dad.  I am so glad that he will be the father of our children.  I love this man with all my heart!  I never thought I could ever love someone as much as I love him!  I thank God that he chose John to be my mate!!

I am originally from Korea. I was adopted when I was 8 months old by two wonderful people.  Their names are Ron and Margie Doss.  I love them soooo much!   I am so greatful that they took me out of the orphanage and gave me a wonderful home.  They have been here for me and I could never repay them for the things they have sacrficed for me.  I am so honored that God chose them as my parents.   They received a phone call  a couple of days before Christmas that I was coming home early!  My daddy was on the next flight to come and pick me up.  They tell me I was their best Christmas present ever, but I think it is the other way around, THEY WERE MY BEST CHRISTMAS PRESENT!
My daddy is a minister.  He works very hard in the church.  He is a firm believer of the bible!  He loves his church and treats them with the most uthmost respect.   He has been there for everybody that has called him.  He loves God and you can tell it by the way he preaches the word.  Through  seeing him grow and watching his faith I am where I am today because of him! My daddy is the best dad I could ever ask for!  I am so blessed that God chose him to be my daddy!!
My mom  is a school teacher.  She went to school , worked a full-time job, took care of the family and took care of me while I was ill.  She did all that at the same time and did not complain once.  I tried to enter her in the best mom contest but unfortunately she didn't win.  But that is okay, because she will always be the best mom in the world in my eyes!  I love my mom so much!  She is just a special lady!

Our Pets
We have a dog and Cat.  My dog's name is Shorty and my cat's name is Sammy.  They are so sweet.  They keep me company while my hubby is working. Shorty likes to sleep as you can tell.  Sammy just likes to come in at night.  He is just like an alarm clock.  It never fails, every morning at 6:00a.m. he meows to go outside.
My Wonderful Family
How I met my wonderful husband
Pete & Pat Long are John's parents.  They are very caring!  They would do anything for anybody.  I have seen them make sacrifces for their children.  They are very sociable and like to do things for people.  They have even given up one of their vehicles so a friend of mine who was doing his internship in my church could have a car to drive.  They drove a truck with no air and let my friend  have a car that had air.  I will always appreciate them for doing things like that.  They  are very involved in the church and love to spread God's love.  They are examples of what  christians ought to be! The reason why John is the person he is today is because of Pete and Pat.  They have done a very good job in raising such a wonderful man.
This is Megan.  She is my step-daughter.  I love spending quality time with her.  I am so proud of her.  I think she is special.  We like to go out to eat and have special days together.  She is 12 years old.  She loves to play with children.  She also likes to do sign language.  Some times  she likes  to go to her room and sing on her karokee machine.  I love to watch her do the motions to the songs.  She loves to go to church and I pray that she will continue to go to church.  She tries hard to please her family.  We get her on every other weekend and 4 weeks during the Summer.  When it is time for Megan to leave I get sad because she brightens up my day and I hate to see her go.
