By purchasing a registered cat you agree to comply with the terms & conditions of those registries as well as these terms listed below: b. The price of said kitten is ___________ with breeding/showing/pet only registration. There is a $250 non-refundable deposit for the desired purchase of any cat or kitten paid for in full at time of contract signing.Without this deposit,we will not hold any cat/kitten for any amount of time. b.No kitten will leave the sellers home before they are at least twelve weeks of age.We promise this cat as a companion(pet)/show/breeding animal.We are not liable or responsible if the cat is not considered show or breeding material,by any judge and/or breeder who may choose,refuse your cat at any time by their own free will. c.There is a 48 hr. (2days)window after taking an animal home in which you may return the kitten/cat if he/she is not working out with your family,however,the intitial $250 deposit & shipping expenses incurred are not refundable under any circumstances!! This does not apply to cats over one year of age unless both parties mutually agree.Any vet bills created by the buyer are the soul responsiblity of the buyer even if the animal is returned. d.Due to the overwhelming amount of homeless pets,backyard breeds,& kitten mills,all kittens/cats adopted as a pet will be neuter/spay before leaving our cattery.No exceptions!! If a kitten/cat is sold with breeding show rights no kittens bred from this animal shall be sold to a pet store,broker,kitten mill,experimental lab,fur farm or any other facility that is not a personal home,if this is found legal action will occur.All kittens born to this cat MUST be sold under strict spay/neuter contracts. III. Health a. Rabies is optional & not do by seller(since cats are to remain inside at all times)unless required to do by airlines. b.Unfortunately,we can not replace any cats/kittens that is lost,stolen, passed away or killed do to an accident.Kittens may not be exchanged after contract is signed without genetic faults. c.If the purchaser desires an additional kitten they maybe purchased with or without a discount from the seller if available/desired.However we will not sell opposite sex kittens of the same parents to the same purchaser at the same time.Unless sold as pets & both are neuter/spayed before leaving. d.Purchaser must provide an invironment that is protected from the elements at all times.There must be a safe proper area with ample room provided for the cat. e. Cat/Kitten may not be permitted to go outside at anytime,unless you have your yard enclosed in a specialized 10 ft minimum fence. f. Cat/Kitten is NEVER allowed to be declawed. g. I reserve the right to cancel any contract upon suspect of abuse or possible abuse of any animal,this includes but not limited owning or running a kitten mill(overbreeding of a female and or male) And selling animals to research labs(While labs. have their valid purposes,this is not what are babies are for!)As a form of animal abuse. IV.Seller's Services/Promises a. Any animal may come with a carrier at an additional price.We do not charge extra fees for purchase of the carrier,we only charge for the carrier itself rounded to the nearest dollar.(i.e. if the cost is $17.89 plus taxes we will charge $18.00)This is of course an optional service & not required unless the animal is to be shipped.Please circle YES / NO for this option,if nothing is circled no will be assumed.Price $__________ b. We Love our cats & only sell happy,healthy,good- tempered kittens.All cats are up-to-date & vet checks. c. Vaccinations given to the kittens are as follows:panleukopenia (feline distemper),rhinotracheitis,calicivirus & chlamydia & killed feline leukemia virus. V. Health Guarantee a.Seller promises animal to be free of any genetic flaws at time of sale (unless otherwised disclosed to buyer prior to signing contract)All animals leaving sellers care in perfect health to the best of our knowledge.A one year health guarantee is offered provided the buyer takes animal to a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours(2 buisness days)of recieving the animal at their own expense,if animal has any genetic disease or genetic abnormalities/defects not disclosed to buyer in advance,buyer may return the animal for replacement of equal value animal upon availablity,minus all shipping cost (if any)NO CASH REFUNDS ARE GIVEN. b.Any problems or replacement requests pertaining to health guarantee must be submitted via postal mail with veterinarian proof that problem is genetic,proof of vet attendance within 48 hrs of recieving the animal,and a brief letter explaining the situation. If buyer fails to take animal to a veterinarian within 2 buisness days the health guarantee is void due to buyers negligence.Defects appearing after one year.from the purchase are not coverable.Buyer is completely responsible for any & all veterinarian expenses ocurred. c.The above is only applicable if the genetic problem affects the health or ability for the animal to live a normal life.Genetic abnormalities will NOT include flaws in the breeding standard,such as weight,height,ears,nose,eyes,tail & all other physical features.Seller is only liable for genetic problems,not resposible if animal get sick via virus,bug,or any other communicable or non genetic diseases. d.Kittens should grow into proper size as in the breed standard;however we can not guarantee their final size as Mother Nature is impossible to predict. e.Breeders laiblity for genetic defects/disorder is limited to the sale price of the animal VI. Payment Full payment of all cats/kittens is required at time of pick-up/shipping. By signing this contract you agree to all of it terms & conditions,the contract may not be renegotiated after signing & is fully binding.You are free to look it over before signing,but without a deposit no animal will be held for any amount of time.If a deposit is made before the contract signing & purchaser later wants to negotiate the contract,we will talk but do not promise to change any part of the contract and if you find something unacceptable & wish not to continue with the sale you deposit is still NON-refundable.If deposit/payment is paid via Paypal,or some other online payment system,before recieving a contract in the mail,this contract will have been e-mailed to purchaser prior to seding any money & it is understood that the purchaser understands & accepts the terms & conditions of this contract before signing.Animal will not be sent without a signed contract & full payment. Make sure the bottom of every page is initialed before returning or contract may not be accepted,failure to initial a page does not void or remove the page from the contract & it is still understood that you read & agreed to the terms of that page. We accept cash,certified check,money order & all major credit cards(through Paypal.com additional fee of 4% applies)Sorry no personal checks are accepted,NO EXCEPTIONS!No kitten/cat may be picked up/delivered without full payment being cleared!We are not resposible for any payments lost in the mail.
