Physical Description: M'saki is 6'4" and is rather skinny for an aging dragonrider. He is well muscled, but a lean type of muscled, not buff. His hair curls slightly around his ears and is turning prematurely (he thinks) grey. M'saki has a thread score down the right side of his face and although it doesn't impair his hearing or eyesight at all, he is rather sensitive about it.
Emotional Description: M'saki is not an easy person to get along with. Even before his 25 years of fighting thread he did not like being around other people. He's sensitive about his face and his age, and is gruff with almost everyone. Even though he's a dragonrider, he's never been in a serious relationship. And with the way he acts, it's easy to see why.
History: M'saki doesn't like talking about his past. He dislikes being put in authority positions, so he has declined every promotion anyone offered him. He transfered to Shoreline from a northern weyr, and even though he's older than most of the other riders, he still does not want any kind of ranking position.
Dragon�s Description: Naelith's hide is a midnight blue color. He's about medium size for a blue. Naelith worries about M'saki constantly. He can't understand why his rider doesn't like being around other people and is constantly trying to introduce him to people that Naelith thinks might make good friends. It never works out, though.
Pet�s Description: M'saki's two firelizards are the only things, besides Naelith, that could be considered his friends. Green Sashi and brown Fili have inquisitive natures, but they are intimidated enough by M'saki to behave. They feel sorry for him, since the only time he leaves his weyr is for meals and for Thread, so every night they tell him about the things they saw during the day. M'saki really looks forward to this, even though he'd never admit it.
