MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
              The Shoreline Retriever Club is an active Club dedicated primarily to Field Trial and Hunt Test activities.  The members, men and women both, are the working force behind Shoreline trials and you will be expected to assist in one way or another with the mechanics of our trials.

 Meetings are held at the American Legion in Glastonbury, which is a location that is central to most members.  All members are urged to attend and participate in the decision making process of the club.   Whenever possible, films, speakers, panel discussions, etc.., are planned programs.  Club trophies are awarded annually and your attendance at meetings is a requirement for eligibility for many of them.

     If you think you would like to join us, please fill out this application, including a club member sponsor signature, and your check and mail it to the Club Secretary.
