Luna Lovegood:
Luna is a Ravenclaw whom we meet in book 5. Luna and Ginny don't seem to be too good of friends, because they usually don't talk much together. But being that Luna was a part of the group who went with Harry to find Sirius, we may see more of her in the future books. Hopefully they become better friends. Her father's magizine is the Quibbler. People often refer to her as "Loony" Lovegood.
