Crush: Harry Potter
We know that Ginny used to have a crush on the famous Harry Potter in her second year. She was extremely shy around Harry, and didn't talk in front of him, until the day in the book shop when she defended him from Draco, saying that Harry didn't want all that attention. She also send Harry a Valentine in the second book (Chamber of Secrets). We learn from the fifth book (Order of the Phoenix) that she no longer has a crush on Harry.
Boyfriend: Michael Corner
This Ravenclaw is Ginny's boyfriend in the fifth book (Order of the Phoenix). Ginny gets him to join the DA (Dumbledore's Army); a club that Ginny got to choose the name for. Ginny eventually "ditches" (page 866 American) him when "He'd didn't like Griffindor beating Ravenclaw at Quidditch and got really sulky...". Michael Corner, after Ginny dumps him, starts to go out with Cho Chang, Harry's old crush. Ginny says (same page), "... so I ditched him and he ran off with Cho instead."
Boyfriend: Dean Thomas
Right after Ginny tells Ron and Harry that she isn't going out with Michael Corner anymore, she tells them she is with Dean. Ron tells her that Michael was a bit of an idiot and he tells Ginny to "choose someone better next time." Ginny surprises him by saying, "Well, I've chosen Dean Thomas, would you say he's better?" ^^ That's all the fifth book says about Ginny/Dean. Dean Thomas is also a Gryffindor who is a year older than Ginny and is a year ahead of Ginny. (All quotes were on page 866)
