"The Broad Street Bully" Tony Stetson defeated The Jersey Devil by pinfall after a flurry of punches. Following the match, The Jersey Devil attacked the Stetson. This brought out Paul E. Dangerously and 9-1-1, who chokeslammed the Jersey Devil 4 times.
Mikey Whipwreck defeated Val Puccio by pinfall following 5 low blows and a DDT.
The Vampire Warrior defeated Hack Myers by pinfall following a DDT.
Tommy Dreamer (w/ Luna) defeated The Vampire Warrior (w/ Stevie Richards) by pinfall after he jumped from a chair to hit a flying DDT.
9-1-1 (w/ Paul E. Dangerously) defeated "Jungle" Jim Steele by pinfall following a chokeslam. He went on to chokeslam Steele 3 more times after the bell.
Beulah (w/ Raven & Stevie Richards) defeated "The Queen of Extreme" Luna Vachon by pinfall after Stevie Richards nailed Luna with a chair. After the bell, Raven hit Luna with 2 DDT's. Tommy Dreamer attempted to make the save, but was also laid out by Stevie and Raven.
Too Cold Scorpio & Taz defeated The Pitbulls & Raven (w/ Stevie Richards & Beulah) in a "handicap" match. Taz pinned Pitbull #2 following a belly-to-belly superplex.
ECW Tag Team Champions, "The Mack Daddies of Violence" Public Enemy, defeated Ian & Axl Rotten by forfeit. Axl picked Ian as his dream partner, but because of a loss last year, Ian and Axl could not team together in ECW again...so they forfeited the match. As Johnny and Rocco celebrated, The Gangstas made their ECW debut and attacked Public Enemy. After New Jack and Mustafa had left Public Enemy beaten and bloody, police came to the ring and arrested The Gangstas.
The Sandman (w/ Woman) retained the ECW Heavyweight Title against Cactus Jack in a barbed wire match. Cactus Jack had defeated The Sandman when he could not answer the 10 count, but Bill Alfonso came to the ring and announced that the ECW Title could not change hands on a 10-count and re-started the match. During all this, The Sandman was able to get behind Cactus Jack and start choking him out with the barbed wire. As Cactus started to fight back, The Sandman sent him through the barbed wire and to the floor. Bill Alfonso quickly called for the bell and announced that Cactus Jack could not continue.
